suchasmoderate(适度的)chocolate.However,mydadfeltthebookshouldincludechaptersdealingwiththingslikewalkingandsendingtinewithfamilyFinally,Isawithisway.Hesaidthebookwasaboutmorethanjustgoodadvices.Itwasaboutencouragingpeopletoenjoylifeinhealthyways.

Writingthisbookwasareminderthatourfamilymemberssharenotonlyourfaultsbutalsoourstrengths.Mydadissmart,funny,criticalandcaring.Hehasastrongpassionforthetruth.IhopeIsharethesegreatqualities.Forthisbook,heresearchedeachtopicwithanenthusiasm1hadneverseenfromhim,andheinsistedthatweconstantlyquestionandcriticallyanalyzeeverypieceofinformation-evenourownconclusions.Hewasdeterminedtocooperateonabook,notbecausehecouldnotwriteoneonhisown,butbecausehebelievedthatwecouldcreatesomethingbettertogetherthanwecouldalone.

Inmen,therelationshipwaslesssignificantalthoughmenaged20-44whodranktwoorthreecupsperdayhad1.39%lesstotalfatand1.8%lesstrunkfatthanthosewhodidnotconsumecoffee.
