Ⅰ.本使用说明书是为了帮助我公司的用户能正确使用CGF24/24/8-QG型消毒清洗灌装封盖机组而写。

因此，请用户务必遵守下列有关事项：

I.ThisoperationinstructioniswrittenforassistingusersofourcompanytouseCGF24/24/8-QGtypesterilizing,cleaning,fillingandcappingmachinesetcorrectly,therefore,pleasedofollowtheitemsbelow:

在安装和启动本设备前，请用户一定要认真阅读、学习本使用说明书之全文，只有这样才能发挥该设备的高速有效的功能，避免对机器的误操作或其它不必要的损失。

一．概述：

I.Overview:

ＣＧＦ24/24/8-QG清洗灌装封盖机组，是无菌水冲瓶机、压力式灌装机、自动封盖机等完美的组合体，是一台高效能的自动化液体包装生产线。

CGF24/24/8-QGcleaning,fillingandcappingmachinesetistheperfectassemblyofbottle-washerwithasepticwater,pressuretypefillingmachineandautomaticcappingmachine,anditisanautomaticliquidpackingproductionlinewithhighefficiencyandperformance.

容器在压缩空气的作用下自动地依次进入无菌水冲瓶机，瓶被翻转呈倒立状态下，通过喷嘴由无菌水洗涤内部和外部，再空干还原由拨盘进入灌装机，进行高速的自动定液面灌装，然后进入自动封盖系统，最后包装完美的产品由输送机送出进行装箱处理。

１、灌装缸、灌装阀等凡与液体物料相接触的零件，均采用符合卫生要求的耐腐蚀的材料制造；

１冲瓶

1.Bottlewashing

空瓶单排经过压缩空气及拨盘的分瓶整理，通过拨盘进入冲瓶机，准确地被瓶夹钳住翻转180 °对准喷冲咀，高压水流（无菌水）冲洗瓶内部，同时外部也有喷咀冲冼，经过一定角度范围的冲冼和一定角度范围的排水翻转复位，使空瓶被洗涤干净。

也可根据需要采用含臭氧水冲洗等，这要根据用户的要求而定。

Aftersortingbycompressedairanddriveplate,asinglerowofemptybottlesentersintothebottlewasherthroughdriveplate,thenisclampedbythebottlegripperaccuratelyandoverturnedfor180°toalignwiththewashingnozzle,theinteriorpartsofthebottlesarecleanedbyhighpressurewater（asepticwater）,andtheexteriorpartsofthebottlesarealsocleanedbythenozzleatthesametime.Thebottlesoverturnandresetaftercleaninganddrainageinacertainscopeofangletomaketheemptybottlescleaned.Ozonouswatercanalsobeappliedtocleanaccordingtotherequirementofusers.

1）驱动

1）Driving

减速机输出齿轮经过冲瓶机拨盘齿轮来传递动力。

２）瓶夹2）Bottlegripper

瓶夹在叨瓶凸轮的作用下进行开合，钳住瓶口部位并在翻转凸轮作用下进行翻转运动。

Bottlegripperopensandclosesunderthefunctionofbottleneckclampingcam,andthenclampsthebottlemouthtoturnthebottleunderthefunctionofturningcam.

２灌装：

2.Filling:

采用低粘度液体的压力灌装方式，液罐与泵和灌装阀构成给液和回液管道，在灌装阀液体流口启开的同时进行灌装，液体不断地向瓶内部灌装，当液体灌到喷咀尖时停止灌装，因用加压泵不断注入液体，所以从喷咀尖倒流的液体通过管道又回流到储液罐内，构成循环状态。

Adoptingpressurefillingmodeofthinlyfluid,theliquidtankandthepumpaswellasfillingvalvecomposetheliquidfeedingandreturningpipeline,andbegintofillwhiletheliquidoutletofthefillingvalveisopen,theliquidisfilledintothebottlecontinuouslyandstopswhenthefluidisfilleduptothenozzletip.Becausetheliquidisfilledintobottlebypressurepumpcontinuously,thebackflowliquidfromthenozzletiprunsbacktotheliquidstoragetankthroughthepipeline,whichformsthecirculationstatus.

１）下部驱动

1）Drivingatthelowerpart

冲瓶、灌装、封盖机的动力是由电机和减速机来驱动的，并由变频器进行调速，传动简单可靠。

Thedrivingforceofthebottlewashing,fillingandcappingmachinecomesfromthemotorandthereductiongear.Itsspeedisregulatedbythefrequencyconverter,andthetransmissionissimpleandreliable.

２）液体供应及罐（用户选择）（阀及液位控制器为用户选装部件）

2）Liquidsupplyandthetank（optionalforusers）（thevalveandliquidlevelcontrolleraretheoptionalpartsforusers）

向水罐供应液体的泵或水管与3"阀接口联接，因有确认液面高度的液位控制器，根据液面开关信号控制自动气阀的进液口的开闭动作，因此可防止罐内液体不足或溢出现象。

加压泵主要就是分别将罐内的水不断向冲瓶机及灌装机供应。

整体工作时，无菌水通过无菌水冲瓶机下部进入罐内，用户可随时观察罐内无菌水情况，随时补充无菌水，以防加压泵空转,损坏加压泵。
