一、概况One.Briefintroduction
我厂生产的SF-520涡流粉碎机组是消化吸收了国外先进技术,结合实际情况研制成功的一种涡流式粉碎机，该机具有粒度小、温度低等特点。
机组有粉碎主机，微粉收集器，布袋收集器，输送管道，电器控制柜及离心风机组成。
物料在主机内部停留时间短。
可防止过度粉碎及温度升高。
粉碎后，粉碎机在负压作用下，进入收集器，经排料阀排出。
该机组具有技术性能稳定、噪音低、耗电省、生产率高、造型美观等优点。
是食品、医药、化工、涂料、农药等行业理想的微细粉碎设备。
TheSF-520vortexgrindersetsmanufacturedbyourcompanyhasdigestedandabsorbedtheadvancedtechnologyfrombothathomeandabroad,incombinationwiththepracticalsituation,akindofvortextypecrusherhasbeendevelopedsuccessfully,thesethasthecharacteristicfsmallgranularity,lowtemperature.Thesetiscomposedofgrindingmainframe,micropowdercollector,bagcollector,transferpiping,electricalcontrolcabinetandcentrifugalblower.Thematerialsstayinsidethemainframeforshorterperiodoftime.Itcanpreventtheovergrindingandtemperatureincrease.Afterthegrinding,undertheroleofnegativepressure,thegrinderentersthecollector,andgetdischargedfromtheblow-offvalve.Thesethastheadvantagesofstabletechnicalperformance,lownoise,lowpowerconsumption,highproductionefficiency,attractiveappearanceetc.Itisanidealmicro-finegrindingequipmentinfood,pharmaceutical,chemicalindustry,coating,pesticideetc.ofindustries.
二、工作原理Two.Workingprinciple
在传统的敲击与研磨粉碎过程中，难以克服的是物料发热发粘和变性等现象，本机采用了涡流的高速旋转运动，在粉碎室内产生了强力的气流。
物料由进料口在负压下被吸入粉碎室。
在叶片与模块间强大的气流产生的涡流震动击碎经冲击，剪切，研磨。
由气流将粉碎室热量带走，所以粉碎过程中产生的热量不会积聚升温。
成品细粉从筛网流出，提高生产效率、粉碎细度可由筛网的目数调节，成品细度均匀稳定。
Intheprocessoftraditionalknockingandgrindingpulverization,itishardtoovercomethephenomenonofmaterialsheating,pastinessanddegenerationetc..Thesethasadoptedthevortextypehighspeedrotationalmotion,thepowerfulairflowisproducedinsidethegrindingchamber.Thematerialsareabsorbedintothegrindingchamberunderthenegativepressurefromthefeedinlet.Thevortexvibrationproducedbythepowerfulairflowbetweenthebladeandmoduleshallshatterthematerials,bymeansofthestriking,cutting,grinding,theairflowshalltakeawaytheheatamountfromthegrindingchamber,thereforetheheatamountproducedinthegrindingprocessshallnotbeaccumulatedfortemperatureincrease.Thefinepowderofthefinishedproductsshallflowoutfromthescreengrid,theproductionefficiencycanberaised,thegrindingfinenessdegreecanbeadjustedbasedonthemeshnumbersofthescreenmesh,thefinenessdegreeofthefinishedproductsareuniformandstable.

四、安装、操作与使用:
Four.Installation,operationanduse:
1、开箱后，首先仔细检查设备是否在运输中受损，然后把主机、物料收集器、电器控制装置，风机安放到位，再接通主、辅机连接管道。
每个法兰间要涂密封胶密封。
各机及法兰盘接地以避免静电火化引起的粉碎爆炸。
1.Afterunpacking,firstlycarefullycheckiftheequipmentisdamagedinthetransportation,thenthemainframe,materialscollectors,electricalcontroldevice,blowershallbesetinplace,thenconnectingpipesforthemainandauxiliariesshallbeputthrough.Thefluidsealantsshallbeappliedamongtheflangesforsealingpurpose.Eachmachinesetandflangeshallbegroundedinordertoavoidgrindingexplosioncausedbytheelectrostaticspark.
2、每台单机试运行前，须检查机内是否是空的，有无金属异物。
如有即排去，螺栓是否紧固，皮带的松紧度等。
2.Beforethetrialrunningofeachsinglemachine,itisamusttocheckwhetherthebuilt-inisempty,whetherthereisanymetalforeignmatter,ifthereisany,itshouldberemovedinstantly,whethertheboltistightening,thetightnessofthebeltetc.
3、主机转子的旋转方向为正视顺时针方向，风机为俯视顺时方向，排料阀电机无方向要求。
3.Therotationdirectionofthemainframerotorisfrontviewclockwisedirection,theblowerisoverheadviewclockwisedirection,thereisnodirectionrequirementforthedischargevalvemotor.
4、检查压缩空气压力是否达到0.6Mp，设定压缩空气释放频率（吹3秒停15秒）。
4.Checkwhetherthecompressedairpressurereaches0.6Mp,setthereleasefrequencyofthecompressedair（blow3secondsandstop15seconds）.
5、在上述内容确定后请按下列顺序操作：
开除尘风机—开关风机—开主机空车运转约5分钟，操作人员要仔细观察配电柜的仪表，待空载电流稳定后，将物料放入料斗，注意观察主电机的电流值。
几分钟后逐渐增加生产量。
直到主电机电流大约为其额定电流的80%。
5.Afterthedeterminingoftheabovementionedcontents,theoperationiscarriedoutbasedonthefollowingsequence:
startupthedustremovingblower-startuptheblower-startupthemainframeemptycaroperationforabout5minutes,theoperatorsshallcarefullyobservetheinstrumentofthepowerdistributioncabinet,afterthenoloadcurrentgetstabilized,thematerialsshallbeloadedintothehopper,observecloselythecurrentvalueofthemainmotor.Afterafewminutes,graduallyincreasetheproductionvolume,tillthecurrentofthemainmotorisapproximately80%oftheratedcurrent.
