4.Theprojectincludesallofdesign,supply,installation,commissioningofequipmentandpersonaltraining.Italsoincludestheequipmentofsupply,matchinginstallationmaterial,pipingengineering,supports,valves,sparepartsandspecialtools.Electricalsystem,controlsystem,meters,supportsofcablesandpipingmatchingwiththedesignofsupplyshouldbealsoincludedinbiddingdocument.

andsuggestion,anddotheassociativelysitechecking.Thesellershouldensure

thatitsadjustingrepresentativebeatsitefromthebeginningoftheinstallation

totheendofthetest-run.

10.Packageandtransportation:

thesellerchoosingthepackingsizeandweightshouldconsiderthewayoftransportationandlocaltransportationsystem.

11.After-Salesservice:

areserviceengineertoofferfree-chargetracingservicesforatleastoneyearaftertheequipmentisacceptable.

thesellersellsequipmenttothebuyer,thebuyeronlyisresponsiblefordailymaintenance.Thesellershouldberesponsibleforbigexaminationofequipmentandmakinga1000-hourplanofmaintenanceandreparationofequipments.Afterthepre-datingexpire,bothofthemshouldsignanotheragreementaboutmaintenance,serviceandtakingcare.

6.Thescheduleofenforcingproject:

Thesellershouldprovidethescheduleofenforcingprojectindayunit.

7.Whenthecontractcomesintoforce,thesellershouldprovideproperdocumentinformationonequipment:

specifications,certificationforleavingfactory,maintenancemanuals,sparepartsmanualsandelectricalmanualswithintwomonths.Allofthedocumentsshouldbe3copiesinChineseandEnglishrespectively.
