Abstract
Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentof3G,4Ghighspeedmobilecommunicationnetwork,suchassmartphonepenetrationareincreasing,themobileterminalaccessalmosteverywhere.Asacarrierofavarietyofmobileapplicationservicecameintobeing.Allkindsofsocialsoftware,electronicbooks,lifestyle,coversallaspectspeoplefoodandclothingliveline,andprovidesmanyconvenientservices.Expandingofmobileapplicationservice,makemoreandmorepeoplewanttobeabletogethighqualitymedicalandhealthservicesonmobilephones.Thearrivalofinformationagehasinjectednewvitalityformedicalcareerand,mobilehealthisbecomeanewgrowthpointoftheconcernofhealthcareandcommunicationindustry.

1Introduction
Mobilehealthreferstothroughtheuseofmobiletechnology,useofmobileterminalplatform,suchassmartphones,hand-heldorsatellitecommunicationstoprovidemedicalinformationandservices.Asanewindustry,mobilemedicalmarketdevelopmentpotentialishuge,isknownasthenextgoldmineinthetelecommunicationindustry.Accordingtothemarketinvestigationandstudyanalysis,theglobalmobilemedicalmarketoverthenextfiveyearswillgraduallyexpandthescale.Underthecommonconcernfromallwalksoflife,mobilemedicalindustryisshowingstrongmarketimpactandbroadapplicationprospects,butitsdevelopmentstillexistsomeissuescannotbeestimated.Firstofall,intheprocessofmedicalinformatizationconstruction,howtoeffectivelysolvethecost,meettheneedsofdifferentcharactersbetween,effectiveimplementationofmedicalresourcessharingofsoftwareandhardware,andsolvethe"medicalinformationisolatedisland";Secondly,mobileterminalhaslowprocessing,lowstoragecapacityproblem,whetherthiswillbecomethebottleneckofitsdevelopment,iscurrentlythemedicalprofessionneedstofocusonandsolvetheproblem.Theadventofcloudcomputingcaneffectivelysolvetheoccurringintheprocessofconstructionofmobilemedicalresourcesharingandterminalhandlingcapacity.Cloudcomputingisaformofinternet-basedservicesprovidingdynamicscalabilityofvirtualizationresourcescalculationmode.Throughalotofvirtualmachinefordistributedcomputingandprocessing,theusercanaccordingtotheirownrequirementswillswitchtothecorrespondingresourcestothecomputerandstoragesystem,toobtaintherelevantapplicationresources.Usingcloudtechnology,tomedicalapplicationsdeployedonthecloud,cansatisfythehugeamountsofdatastoredinmobilemedicalsystemandcomplexmanagementaspectsofdemand.Cloudcomputingprovidesaplatformofsharingresources,combinedwiththecharacteristicsofitson-demandfee,greatlyreducedthewasteofITresourcesandupgrademaintenancecosts.Powerfulsecurityincloudcomputingforpreservingtheresourcesoftheextremelysensitivemedicaldatacanprovidereliablesecurityguarantee.MostofmedicalsystembasedonmobileterminalapplicationsisbasedonAndroidandIOSmobileplatform,anditsapplicationismainlyonhowtoimprovetheserviceefficiencyoflargemedicalinstitutionsbetweendoctorandpatient,andpersonalhealthrecords,medicalconsultationdiagnosisapplicationisrelativelysmall.
2Literaturereview
Mobilehealthisthroughtheapplicationofelectronicmedicalformforpeopletoprovidetherequiredmedicalinformationmanagementandtransactionprocessing,itsbiggestcharacteristicistoprovide,universalhealthservicesanytimeandanywhere.Researchersinmanycountriesforthemobileandinformationizationhaveshowedstronginterestinresearch.
