forshort）isapeople-oriented,usingcomputerhardware,software,network

modernenterpriseMIScannotlivewithoutIntranet,buttheestablishment

ofIntranetandmustrelyontheMISsystemstructureandthesoftwareand

hardwareenvironment.Managementinformationsystem（MIS）mainly

includestheinformationcollection,entry,informationstorage,information

transmission,informationprocessingandoutputofinformation

（informationfeedback）fivefunctions.Itputthemodernizationof

informationtools,electroniccomputer,thedatacommunicationequipment

andtechnologymanagementdepartment,throughthecommunication

network,informationprocessingcenterofdifferentregionsinsharing

networkofresourcessuchashardware,software,dataandcommunications

equipment,speeduptheflowofinformation,decisionmakingformanagers

inatimelymannertoprovideaccurateandreliablebasis.
