二.重点词汇讲解

1.better是good/well的比较级,意为“更好的”“较好地”.

2.loudly意为“大声地”是由形容词loud转变的副词用来修饰动词。

和它相同的副词还有quietly，clearly，truly等。

3.win意为“获胜，赢”动词，其后接比赛和活动类，但是不能接人.例如，Mybrotheroftenwinsthepingponggames.其过去式为won名词为winner“获胜者”.

4.which“哪一个”特殊疑问词通常对于名词的定语提问

5both“两者都”位于句中be，情态动词，助动词之后，实意动词之前。

例如，Theyarebothteachers.他们两个都是老师。

Wecanbothrideabike.我们俩个都会骑车。

Myparentsbothlikenoodles.我父母都喜欢面条。

Both…and意为“…和…都”“不仅…而且…”例如BothheandIlikewatchingTV.他和我都喜欢看电视。

6.as…as意为“和….一样”中接形容词，副词原形。

notso（as）…as“和…不一样”.例如Iamastallasmyfriend.我和我朋友一样高。

1、bedifferentfrom意为“和…不同”different名词为difference反义短语bethesameas、、、例如ChineseisverydifferentfromEnglish.汉语和英语非常不同。

2、though意为“虽然”同义词although都不能与but不能同时出现在同一个句中。

3、reach“伸手”、“到达”=getto=arrivein（at）及物动词直接加宾语.

4、grade“成绩”还有“年级”的意思。

语法小结：

1、a.形容词和副词的比较级，表示两者（人和事物）的比较

b.在“比较级+than”的句型中，当than前后所使用的动词相

同时，通常用助动词代替后面的动词，该动词和助动词可以省略。

2、形容词和副词的比较级前有时可以用muchalittlealotfareven等来修饰，例如：

3、表示两者在某一方面相同时用“as+形容词或副词原级+as”的句型

eg.Ithinkscienceisasimportantasmath.

表示一方在某一方面不及另一方面时用“notas/so+形容词或副词的原级+as”的句型，例如：

Itisnotaswarmtodayasyesterday.HedidnotcomeasearlyasWangLin.

形容词、副词比较级的构成：

（1）一般在形容词或副词后面直接加–er变为比较级。

如：

old—older   high—higher

（2）以重读闭音节结尾，且末尾只有一个辅音字母的，则双写最后一个辅音字母，再加-er变为比较级。

如：

big—biggerthin—thinner

（3）以“辅音字母+y”结尾的单词，则将改y为i再加-er变为比较级。

如：

busy—busier        heavy—heavier

（4）以字母e结尾的单词，直接加–r变为比较级。

如：

large—larger              free—freer

2.多音节以及某些双音节形容词或副词变为比较级时，则通常在其前加more变为比较级。

如：

important—moreimportantdifficult—moredifficultuseful—moreuseful

3.不规则形式或易错形式：

1.BothSamandTomcanplaythedrums,butSamplaysthembetterthanTom.Sam和Tom都会打鼓但是Sam比Tom打得更好。

Both意思两者都，通常放在be动词助动词之后，实意动词之前。

Both…and意为“…和….都,”在句中可以连接不同成分主语，谓语，宾语。

Explain.Singing是sing的现在分词在句中作定语.类似的有，饮食习惯eatinghabits，听力技巧listeningskills等。
