Abstract:

ThispaperfocusesonthepresentapplicationsofbigdatainChineserealestatedevelopmentandmarketingfromthe perspectiveofrealestateenterprises.Theproblemsinthispracticeforbigdata’sapplicationareanalyzedbynow.What’s more,thepossiblesolutionstosolvetheaboveproblemsareproposedinthispaper.Itbenefitstherealestateenterprisesto strengththeircompetitionwithbigdatatechnology.

Theexplosionofdatavolumefueledbystunningandexcitingadvancesinthecomputertechnologyand Internettechniquesmadethebigdatathefocusofwidespreadattention.Asearlyas2000,inthefirstfew weeksofSloanDigitalSkySurveythedatasizeobservedbytelescopeinNewMexicoisbiggerthanthathas beencollectedintheentirehistoryofastronomy.Bigdataalmostderivesitsoriginfromastronomy.In additiontonaturalsciencesuchasastronomy,biomedicine,geoinformaticsandotherfieldseasilyaccompanied byenormousdatavolume,bigdataiswidelyknowninsociallife.Especiallyinrecentyears,theappearanceof cloudcomputingandtheIOTspeedupthearrivalof“theeraofbigdata”.ItsaysthatGoogleandBaiduhave todealwithdozensofpetabyteseveryday;thereisavideolengthofoveronehourreleasedontheYouTube persecond;therearemorethanonebillionFacebookaccountsuploadingalmosttenmillionphotoseveryday with“like”andcommentuptobillions;Taobaogeneratesabout20TBdataeverydaywithover35billion transactionsonNovember11th.Thissizeofdataisfarawayfromtheperceptionwehadinpre-information-erasociety.Inaddition,therearemoreandmorepersonalinformationcontrolledbybankingand financialindustryorsometelecommunicationsindustry;industrialdatacollectedbypervasivesensorsalso risessharply.AstheCBCCapitalchairmanTianSuningputsit,“Now,anageofmassproduction,sharingand applicationinbigdataisapproaching.”

Thereisnodoubtthatdataresourcesarecrucialintheageofbigdata.Anumberofenterpriseshavegained excellentdecisionmakingcapabilitiesandimmeasurableeconomicbenefitsthroughvaluableinformation producedbydatamining.InordertokeepChineseeconomicdevelopmentinasustainable,soundandrapid manner,itisveryimportantforrealestateenterprisestotakefulladvantageofbigdatabecauseofthestatusof realestateindustryasapillarindustryofthenationaleconomy.Especiallywhenpropertypricescontinue upwardorpropertybubbleinflationinvolvesthenationaleconomyandpeople’slivelihood,thoserealestate enterprisesshouldmakeeffectiveuseofbigdatatotapthepotentials.Solvingtheproblemsinapplicationson Bigdata,improvingtheabilitiesofinvestmentandmarketing,theestatewillbeabletokeepplayinga fundamentalguidingroleinnationaleconomy.

2 Literature
