(1)Whatdoestheunderlinedword“…”inthefirstparagraphmean?

(2)Whichofthefollowingistheclosestinmeaningtotheunderlinedword?

(3)Theunderlinedword“…”mostprobablymeans____.

(4)Theunderlinedword“…”couldbestbereplacedby__________.

(5)Accordingtothepassage,theunderlinedword“…”isclosestinmeaningto“_________”.

表示转折的词有but,however,otherwise,though等,表示对比关系的标志性词语有unlike,while,ontheotherhand,inspiteof,incontrast等;另外,有时分号也可以表示转折、对比关系。

表示因果关系的有because,sothat,so/such…that…

主要针对who,what,which,why,how,when,where等来提问,可能只针对文章中某一特定的细节,也可能涉及若干个细节。
