Indeed,theUSFoodandDrugAdministrationsaiditbelievesthatithas“notfoundenoughevidencethattherearenegativehealtheffectsonhumans”frommobilephoneuse.Althoughmobilephonesdogiveoffradiation,it’sadifferenttypeofradiationthanthatgivenoffbydangeroussources.

High-energyradiation–suchasthatgivenoffbynuclearwaste–isknowntobeverydangeroustohumansasitisabletodamageourDNA,leadingtocancerorevendeath.Ontheotherhand,low-energyradiation–suchastheonegivenoffbymobilephones–isconsideredtobeharmless.
