  我非常荣幸站在这里,我珍惜这次和这么多优秀老师一起分享教学经验的机会,说实话

  我还是有点紧张,我记得我的第一次演讲还是在大学的时候,我甚至无法控制我的呼吸,因

  为那时我不知道说些什么.今天,作为中信的一名多年的教师,我有种强烈的责任感,那使我充满了力量和信心。

从成为一名英语教师后,我认为,想作为一名好的教师,你必须有非常好的专业知识,

  你的人格和你的知识一样重要,一名好的英语教师必须非常热情,你必须爱你的学生和尊重

  他们,同时你也必须尊重你自己,并且以你的工作为自豪。

一名好的老师他必须善良,勇敢,并且乐于帮助孩子,你要让你的孩子有一份内驱力,

  让他们主动去学习,而不是被动去学。

我给大家讲个真实的故事,去年我们班来了一个男孩,他的名字叫-刘磊,他看上去是那

  样的沉默寡言,没有同龄孩子的活泼与开朗,在上课的时候不敢大声的回答问题,当我让

  他到前面做对话的时候他甚至都大哭了一场,连看大家一眼都不敢,声音低的就像在说耳语

  一样,我深知这是他对自己没有信心并且缺乏必要的鼓励所造成的。

所以,后来我每次上课

  都给他表现的机会,并且每次我都鼓励他说:

jake你这次比上次有进步,同时我也让全班

  的同学一起为他鼓掌,我也告诉他的妈妈在家也多鼓励孩子,只要看到他的进步就表扬他,一天一天的过去了,我惊喜的发现孩子真的进步了,现在他能主动举手回答问题,

  主动的参与游戏,成绩也有了很大的提高。

他妈妈很高兴的告诉我他的孩子有进步了,每次

  从中信放学后总是喋喋不休的跟她说他学到了什么,并且成绩也是大幅度提高,我作为他的

  老师真的为他的进步而兴奋,我体会到了空前的成就感!

这种成就感是任何东西都代替不了

  的。

圣经里有这样一段话:

爱是恒久忍耐,又有恩慈;凡事包容,凡事相信,凡事盼望,凡

  事忍耐;爱是永不止息。

我愿让这段话成为我的座右铭,用爱陪伴孩子们成长,用爱带给学生灿烂的生命阳光,

  用爱提升自己的生命价值,这就是我所追求的如果在给我一次机会去选择职业,我还会选择做英语教师,我喜欢我的工作,我热爱我

  的生活。
