Purpose/目的

Thepurposeofpartqualityassuranceplanningistoensurethatsupplierscanmanufacturethepartsinacapableway,withthecorrectquality,attherightpriceandtherighttime.

零件质量保证策划的目的是确保供应商有能力在正确的时间以正确的价格制造正确的质量的零件。

Italsoprovidesanopportunityforthesupplierstoexpresstheirpointsofviewaboutthedesignofthepartsandthemanufacturingrequirements.

它也给供应商提供了一个表达他们对于零件设计和制造要求的观点的机会。

Scope/范围

PartscanbeusedonthemassproductionafterhaveimplementedPQAPprocessandgetfinalapprovalasbelow:

/下列几种情况下，需通过零件质量保证策划流程并最终批准后，零件方可投入批量生产：

1.Newparts./新零件。

2.Newsupplier./新供应商

3.Engineeringchange./设计变更。

4.Supplierkeyprocesseschange./供应商关键流程变更。

5.Newmanufacturingplace./新的生产地点。

Wirtgen（China）purchasingdepartmentinconsultationwiththedesigndepartment,qualitydepartmentandothers,selectthepartstobeincludedinPQAP.Thescopeisdefinedin“PartQualityAssurancePlanning”.Theexemptedrequirementsaremarkedinthecolumntitled“NotApplicable（N/A）”.

维特根（中国）采购部和设计部、质量部及其他部门协商后选择包括在PQAP中的零件。

这个范围在PQAP中已经定义出。

免除的要求标识在标题为“不适用”一列中。

ThesuppliercanusetheformsmentionedinthisPQAP,orifthesupplierhasitsownsystems/forms,forexampleaAPQP/PPAP,it’spermittedtobeusedasasubstituteprocessanddocumentation,providedprioragreementhasbeenreceivedfromWirtgen（China）purchasingdepartment.

供应商可以使用在这个PQAP中提到的表格，或者如果供应商有自己的系统/表格，比如先期产品质量策划/生产件批准程序，允许作为替代流程和文件，供应商提供从维特根（中国）采购部收到的事先协定。

Communicationchannels/沟通渠道

TosimplifythecommunicationbetweenWirtgen（China）andthesupplier,bothWirtgen（China）aswellasthesuppliermustfillintheircontactpersons.TheminimumforWirtgen（China）istofillincontactpersonsforPurchasingengineer,DesignengineerandQualityengineer.WhenapplicablethesupplieristofillinProjectManager,Quality,LogisticsandSales.

为了简化维特根（中国）和供应商之间的沟通，维特根（中国）和供应商双方须填写他们的联系人。

维特根（中国）至少要填写采购工程师、设计工程师和质量工程师。

如果合适，供应商需填写项目经理、质量经理、物流经理和销售经理。

1.PlanningPhase/策划阶段

1.1ReviewofTechnicalSpecification–RTS/技术规格回顾

ThesuppliermustreviewthetechnicalspecificationinacriticalwayandadviseWirtgen（China）ofhisfindingsandviewpoints.ThereviewisimplementedpartlytoensurethattherequirementsareunderstoodandpartlysothatthesuppliercangiveadvicetoWirtgen（China）,basedontheirexperienceabouttheproductionprocess.

供应商必须以挑剔的方法回顾技术规格并且给维特根（中国）建议他的发现和观点。

技术规格的回顾在一定程度上保证了要求是理解了还是部分的理解，因此供应商可以基于他们对于生产流程的经验给维特根（中国）以建议。

Notescanberecordedonadditionaldocumentsorinthesuppliers’standarddocumentation.Evenifajointdesignreviewisnotrequiredthesuppliermustverifytheirreviewofthetechnicalspecification.

说明可以记录在另外的文件上或在供应商标准的文件里。

即使是一个联合的设计回顾，也不要求供应商必须验证他们的技术规格回顾。
