The scope is defined in “Part Quality Assurance Planning”. The exempted requirements are marked in the column titled “Not Applicable

Planning Phase/策划阶段1.1 Review of Technical Specification RTS/技术规格回顾The supplier must review the technical specification in a critical

10、way and advise Wirtgen(China) of his findings and viewpoints. The review is implemented partly to ensure that the requirements are understood and partly so that the supplier can give advice to Wirtgen(China), based on their experience about the production process.供应商必须以挑剔的方法回顾技术规格并且给维特根（中国）建议他的发现和观点
