这是由MVSAArchitects设计的ING集团办公总部，位于阿姆斯特丹A10环路南面的一块长且窄的场地内。
场地一侧是商务区南轴，另一侧是NieuweMeer（新湖）绿化区。
该建筑面向着绿化区，保持自身低调，布置了礼堂的悬挑体则在城市发展区一侧抬升。
该建筑由一系列9米到12米不等的V型柱支撑，使得高速公路上的驾驶者能欣赏建筑背后的绿化区，同时保证职工可以看到高速公路。
与普通的办公楼不同，荷兰ING国际集团办公总部设有大量的接待空间和会议空间。
建筑内部氛围丰富多样，虚实相映，中庭、凉廊、庭院、花园分布在不同的楼层，还设有全景餐厅、礼堂和内向型工作环境。

Fromthearchitect.TheINGGroup’sheadofficestandsonalong,narrowsitebesidethesouthernsectionofAmsterdam’sA10ringroad.BoundedononesidebytheSouthAxisbusinessdistrictandontheotherbythegreenzonearoundtheNieuweMeer（NewLake）,thebuildingmaintainsalowprofileonthesidefacingthegreenery,withacantileveredsectionoccupiedbytheauditorium,andrisesuponthecityside.
TheofficebuildingstandsonV-shapedcolumnsrangingfromninetotwelvemetresinheight,allowingmotorwayuserstoseethegreenzonebehindthebuildingwhilealsoensuringthatnoemployeeiscondemnedtoaviewofthemotorwayembankment.Raisingthebuildinginthiswayalsoallowedroomatgroundlevelforaspaciousentrancezone.Theglazedentrancelobbyissurroundedbygreenlawns.Runningunderneaththebuildingisanapproachroadfortaxis,coachesandboardmembers’chauffeurs.Acarparkandbicyclegaragearelocatedbelowgrade.TheauditoriumanditsfoyercanbeusedbytheentireINGgroupandhasitsownentrancewithlifts.
Thebuildingrespondstoitssurroundingswithan‘intelligent’facadedesign.ThelongsouthelevationhastocontendwithahighsolarheatloadandthenorthelevationwithnoiseandairpollutionfromtheA10motorway.Adouble-skinfacadeensuresapleasantindoorclimateforall,withthepossibilityofnaturalventilation.Onthesouthside,solarshadinghangsinthefacadecavity;anaturalchimneyeffectextractssolarheat.Theglazedskinonthemotorwaysideisclosedandthecavityissuppliedwithfreshairdrawnfromthesouthside.
Thespacesinthebuildingarenaturallyair-conditionedwiththehelpofametalclimaticceiling.Thehotandcoldwaterneededforthisisprovidedbyanundergroundthermalenergystoragesystem;ateitherendofthesitewellsweredugtogroundwaterlevelsat150and200metresbelowgrade.Thankstotheseandothermeasures,thebuildinghasaveryfavourableenergyconsumption.
Theatmosphereinsidethebuildingisrichlyvaried,withanalternationofopenandscreenedspaces.Atriums,loggias,courtyardgardensandpatiosdistributedoverthevariouslevelsofthebuildingcreatethesenseofasingle,continuousspacewithnumerousvistasbackandforth.Thereareareaswithapanoramicview,liketherestaurant,thelargeconferenceroomandtheauditorium,aswellasmoreintrovertedworkingenvironments.Unlikeordinaryofficebuildings,INGHousehasalargenumberofreceptionandconferencespaces.ItishometheINGGroup’sboardandalargestaff,butitisalsoabovealltheflagshipoftheentireorganization.
