31　范围

GA/T1049的本部分规定了公安交通集成指挥平台与交通设施管理系统信息层之间的通信协议。

本部分适用于公安交通集成指挥平台、交通设施管理系统的设计和开发。

33　术语与定义

GA/T1043—2013界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

33.1　

道路交通安全设施roadtrafficsafetyfacility

为保障道路交通安全而设置的设施，包括道路交通标志、交通标线、安全防护和服务设施等。

道路交通技术监控设备roadtrafficmonitoringandcontrolequipment

安装在道路或车辆上，用于交通控制、交通信息采集和发布的设备。

为保障道路交通有序、安全、畅通而设置的设施，包括道路交通安全设施和道路交通技术监控设备。

用于交通设施登记、使用状态监控、日常维护维修等管理工作的信息系统。

34　通用技术要求

34.1　一般要求

一般要求见GA/T1049.1—2013的5.1、5.2和5.3。

对数据包的格式和数据内容应进行校验，校验规则参见附录A。

34.2　操作要求

34.2.1　配置参数、运行信息、控制命令的请求应答

由公安交通集成指挥平台发出REQUEST类型数据包进行查询请求，交通设施管理系统发出RESPONSE类型或ERROR类型数据包进行应答。

数据包格式如下，其中TDMSCmd对象见5.3。

配置参数、运行信息发生变化时，由交通设施管理系统向公安交通集成指挥平台发送PUSH类型数据包进行通知。
