（一）考纲浏览

A级考试大纲对写作部分的测试要求、测试形式和测试目的做了以下具体说明:

1.测试要求

能给一篇应用性文字（摘要、通告、信函、简历表、申请书、协议书等）翻译或写作。

2.测试形式

（1）测试形式为主观题。

（2）总题数为1题。

（3）考试时间为25分钟。

3.测试目的

测试考生套写、书写、填写或翻译应用性短文、信函，填写英文表格及其他简短的实用性文字的能力。

（二）命题趋势

纵观历年写作真题，不难发现A级考试的写作部分主要注重考查商务类题材的文章，而且写作的基本内容和要求都会在题目中给出，考生要做的就是按照提示和要求来完成具体的写作任务。

其中商务信函又包括咨询信、投诉信、询价信和邀请信等形式。

为了方便考生参考，下面将对考试中涉及的各种类型及格式予以简单介绍。

1.商务信函

由表l中不难看出商务信函是写作考查中比较重要的形式，12次考试中有6次的写作内容属于商务信函。

而阅卷者会从格式和内容等方面考查。

格式是造成该部分丢分的原因之一，例如:

（1）要求写目期时漏写日期或日期格式不对。

（2）署名后不应该有任何标点符号，而很多考生习惯点上句号。

（3）结束语与署名写在同一行。

（4）Yours写成Your。

（5）结束语后不加逗号。

造成上述现象的另一重要原因是考生对整体内容的把握能力不强:

文体运用不得体。

比如对于非常正式的情景却使用非正式的句子结构和用词。

（三）应试指导

为了能在写作上取得好的成绩，在完成写作试题的时候，考生需要注意以下几个步骤:

1.审题

首先应确定采用的文体:

商务信函，电子邮件，征稿启事，招聘广告还是通知。

由于写作类型主要是以商务信函为主，因此，考生应考虑如何突出文章的写作要求。

一般来说，文章要围绕写作要求的内容和格式，将要点一个不漏地构思好。

3.动笔

在实际写作过程中，尽可能用自己有把握的词语和熟练运用的句型来表达思想。

此外，一定要注意语言简洁，表达合理，条理清晰，格式正确，不要遗漏任何写作要求中提到的要点。

4.修改完善

文章写完后要仔细检查修改。

可从三个方面入手:
