WehaveapproachedourclientsaboutpackingafterreceivingyourletterofJuly10.afterourrepeatedexplanationtheyacceptyourpackingtheblouseincartonsifyouguaranteethatyouwillpaycompensationinallcaseswhereintheycannotindemnifyfromtheinsurancecompanyforthereasonthatthecartonsusedarenotseaworthy.

Wemustremindyouthatshouldtheinsurancecompanyrefusecompensation,youwouldholdyourselvesresponsibleforthelossesourclientsmightsustainonaccountofyourusingsuchcartons.
