一、培养目标
Ⅰ.EducationalObjectives
培养具有良好素质的能适应我国现代信息管理的医药信息管理专门人才，这种素质确保其毕业后从事医药信息管理、信息服务、信息分析研究和医院信息管理等工作，保证他们有适当的基础能够进行终身学习和在医药信息学科领域进一步深造。
Thisprogramaimsatcultivatingthespecializedpersonnelofgoodqualityinthemedicalinformationmanagementwhocanadapttotheneedsofthemoderninformationmanagementinourcountry.Thiskindofqualityguaranteesthatthey,aftergraduation,willbeabletobeengagedinmedicalinformationmanagement,informationservice,informationanalysisandresearch,hospitaldatabasemanagement,etc.andguaranteesthattheyhavetheproperfoundationtocarryonlifelonglearningandadvancedstudiesinmedicalinformationmanagement.
二、基本规格要求

本专业学生应掌握医学基础理论、基本知识；掌握信息管理与信息技术的基础理论、基本知识、基本技能；具有利用现代信息技术进行信息收集、加工、处理、分析研究和开发的能力。
毕业生应获得以下的态度、知识和技能：
Studentsmajoringinthisspecialtyshouldmasterthebasictheoryandknowledgeinclinicalmedicineandthebasictheories,knowledge,andskillsininformationmanagementandinformationtechnology;thestudentsshouldalsohavetheabilityincollecting,disposing,processing,analyzinganddevelopinginformationbyusingthemoderninformationtechnology.

知识要求
1.掌握基础医学、临床医学和公共卫生与预防医学的基础理论和基本知识。
2.了解管理学、经济学的基础理论，为信息管理专业课学习打下基础。
3.掌握信息管理科学和社会科学的方法，并指导信息管理工作实践。
4.掌握信息管理、信息组织、信息利用的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能。
5.掌握医药信息组织、分析研究、传播与开发利用的基本方法。
6.掌握计算机应用、数据库技术、网络技术的基础理论和基本技能。

1.具有进行信息的获取、加工、组织和利用的能力。
2.具有对医药信息进行分析、研究、综合及开发的能力。
3.熟悉图书馆工作流程、图书馆网络系统，了解馆藏资源，最大限度提供服务。
4.能独立进行课题查新、书写查新报告。
5.能熟练进行编程，开发和建立数据库。
6.熟悉网络结构，能进行网站信息采集、组织、发布、维护和管理工作的基本能力。
7.熟悉医院管理流程，了解医院信息网络系统的建设和维护工作。
8.熟悉病案管理的各项工作，促进病案管理工作的规范化。
9.具有较好的科学思维、沟通交流、组织协调与表达的能力。
10.具有医药信息管理科学研究的初步能力。
11.具有利用各种信息资源和信息技术，进行自主学习和创新的能力。
12.掌握一门外语,具有交流和阅读能力。

以医药卫生系统为对象，以信息管理为主线，研究信息管理问题，探索信息管理规律。
在保持医学专业知识背景的前提下，突出网络信息资源管理、现代信息技术在医院和图书情报部门的应用。
注重培养学生的自主学习能力、社会责任感。
Withmedicalandhealthsystemastheservingobjectsandinformationmanagementasthemasterline,doresearchontheproblemsofinformationmanagementandexplorethelawsofinformationmanagement.Onthepremiseofretainingmedicalknowledgebackground,putstressonthemanagementofnetworkinformationresourcesandtheapplicationofmoderninformationtechnologyinhospital,libraryandintelligenceservice.Theattentionshouldbepaidtofosteringstudents'independentlearningcapabilityandthesenseofresponsibilityforthesociety.
