蜂巢芯施工方案

一、编制依据

3、现浇混凝土BBF蜂巢芯密肋楼盖施工工法

二、工程基本概况

潍坊茂华住宅小区位于潍坊市东风西街以南，清平路以东。

是我公司在潍坊市承接的第一个住宅项目工程。

车库地下一层，连接主楼的1#、2#、3#、4#楼、5#

楼、。

其中我项目施工建筑面积约1万平方米（其他为中建八局施工）。

车库楼板厚650mm采用GBF蜂巢芯现浇混凝土楼板的技术。

蜂巢芯块尺寸规格:

为加强蜂巢芯块的强度，其巢壁上设有增强冲击性能和强度的加劲肋，底板内还设有钢筋网片。

在现浇混凝土结构中，蜂巢芯与钢筋和混凝土一起组成一个整体的空腔结构，如图2所示。

图3为混凝土施工前的蜂巢芯楼盖，蜂巢芯块周边的纵横肋与框架梁彼此构成了空心楼盖的双向正交暗肋结构，这使得整个楼盖的受力如同密肋楼盖，从而提高了楼盖的整体性能，有效地减少了楼盖的厚度，减轻了结构的自重。

作要点

1、施工准备

1）根据图纸尺寸和蜂巢芯型号规格编制材料进场计划并委托专业厂家生产。

2）组织施工技术人员进行针对性的学习，针对不同工种的班组进行技术安全交底，并做好劳力准备。

3）施工前在现场划分出专门的材料场地，并根据蜂巢芯堆放的相关规定对场地进行处理。

蜂巢芯的堆放场地应坚实、平整、洁净。

未作表面硬化处理的堆场，其基层应压实，表面应铺垫厚度不少于50mm吉净砂子，搁置高度不能超过四层。

4）蜂巢芯进场后应对其外观逐个检查，蜂巢芯箱体破损的须进行1:

2水泥砂浆封补、填塞。

缺损严重超标者进行退换处理。

蜂巢芯采用专门的1000宽*3000长*2200高钢筋吊笼吊运蜂巢芯，根据本工程数量加工4个吊装龙。

严禁用缆绳直接绑扎蜂巢芯进行吊运。

5）根据施工进度提前与厂家联系，边施工边进场。

2、模板安装蜂巢芯模板支撑方案按一般楼板模板支撑的方案要求布置，布置完毕后整体铺设模板，按1%。

顶板模板设计分为柱帽区和非柱帽区：

柱帽区的顶板厚度按最厚的850mm计

算，非柱帽区的顶板厚度为650mm计算。

（1）模板选择

顶板模板采用12mml厚木竹夹板板，规格为2440X1250mm

模板拼缝处选用50X100mm木方，背楞选用50X100mn木方，间距250mm

（2）支撑体系

顶板模板支撑系统采用©48X3.5钢管扣件式满堂脚手架顶板加可调节顶托，柱帽区板下竖向钢管支撑纵横向间距600X600,非柱帽区下竖向钢管支撑纵横向间距900X900，脚手架搭设在肋梁下，扫地杆离地175，水平横杆步距自下而上为别为1400、1400、180。

（3）模板拆除混凝土强度达到设计强度的100%方可拆除，为了提高模板周转，每跨跨中位置

设置1800*1800独立支撑系统，板和架子不拆除并刷上红白油漆标记

3、测量放线

根据施工图进行放线，放出肋梁的位置线，确定蜂巢芯的安装位置。

4、蜂巢芯安装

1）模板上放线后摆放蜂巢芯，摆放蜂巢芯应拉通线。

2）将蜂巢芯吊运到板面上，并分散堆放，以免造成过大的集中荷载。

3）蜂巢芯铺设前，应安排工人将板面清扫干净，确保蜂巢芯与模板面的紧密接

触。

为防止蜂巢芯与模板之间漏浆，采用30mmx10m单面带胶的泡沫胶条，垫在蜂巢芯底部边缘，有胶的一面粘在模板上.

4）安装时应安排四个人同时抬放，按事先弹好的分格线摆放。

5）摆放完毕后，安排专人对蜂巢芯进行调整，每个蜂巢芯四角采用8支巾12

钢筋长度为肋梁宽度和框架梁宽度及蜂巢芯与主楼间隙宽度以确保肋梁的顺直和断面尺寸。

防止混凝土浇筑时产生侧向位移。

5、梁钢筋安装

按常规进行钢筋安装，安装过程中避免过多钢筋堆放在蜂巢芯上。

先绑扎框架梁钢筋，待框架梁钢筋绑扎完成后放置蜂巢芯，再绑扎肋梁钢筋。

绑扎肋梁钢筋时，肋梁上排中间钢筋后绑扎，待蜂巢芯底部四边钢筋与肋梁主

筋绑扎完成后再绑扎上排钢筋。

6、水电预埋

1）水电的线管、暗盒等都必须安装在肋梁内，并与肋梁钢筋绑扎固定。

2）暗盒安装时可用切割机在蜂巢芯的挑边上开口，并及时将切割碎片清理干净，但严禁在挑边上直接打凿。

3）消防管、雨水管等楼板套管及配电管井预埋在梁、柱边的楼板实心调整区内。

4）在肋梁、板面钢筋安装后，应及时在肋梁内穿引水电线管与预埋好的暗盒连接，并用铁丝将线管固定在肋梁钢筋上。

7、板钢筋安装

1）在绑扎过程中要肋梁钢筋和板面钢筋的同层同向，减少钢筋重叠以降低高度，保证板面钢筋的保护层厚度。

2）板面钢筋绑扎完毕后，还必须用14#铁丝将钢筋网与蜂巢芯上的吊钩相连接

与之形成整体。

8、混凝土浇捣

1）输送混凝土的泵管应尽可能从框架梁上架设，如确需从蜂巢芯顶面架设泵

管，应在纵横向肋梁相交处的混凝土泵管下垫放弹性缓冲垫（如废旧小汽车外胎）缓

减泵管对蜂巢芯的冲击力。

2）浇筑混凝土前模板和预制薄壁箱体要浇水湿润。

3）在楼板上架空铺设浇筑人行道，禁止直接将机具压在薄壁盒上，施工人员不得直接踩踏板筋和盒。

4）砼浇筑时布料与振捣应同步进行，且每肋均
