13、rtme nt Toin南通建筑工程总承包有限公司潍坊茂华住宅小区车库蜂巢芯施工方案 四、操作要点1、施工准备1）根据图纸尺寸和蜂巢芯型号规格编制材料进场计划并委托专业厂家生产。2)组织施工技术人员进行针对性的学习，针对不同工种的班组进行技术安全交 底，并做好劳力准备。3)施工前在现场划分出专门的材料场地，并根据蜂巢芯堆放的相关规定对场地 进行处理。蜂巢芯的堆放场地应坚实、平整、洁净。未作表面硬化处理的堆场，其 基层应压实，表面应铺垫厚度不少于 50mm吉净砂子，搁置高度不能超过四层。4)蜂巢芯进场后应对其外观逐个检查，蜂巢芯箱体破损的须进行 1:2 水泥砂浆 封补、填塞。缺损严重超标者进行退

14、换处理。蜂巢芯采用专门的 1000 宽 *3000 长 *2200 高钢筋吊笼吊运蜂巢芯，根据本工程数量加工 4 个吊装龙。严禁用缆绳直接 绑扎蜂巢芯进行吊运。5)根据施工进度提前与厂家联系，边施工边进场。2、模板安装 蜂巢芯模板支撑方案按一般楼板模板支撑的方案要求布置，布置完毕后整体铺 设模板，按1%。,2 %。进行双向起拱。顶板模板设计分为柱帽区和非柱帽区：柱帽区的顶板厚度按最厚的850mm计算，非柱帽区的顶板厚度为650mm计算。(1)模板选择顶板模板采用12mml厚木竹夹板板，规格为2440X 1250mm模板拼缝处选用50X 100mm木方，背楞选用50X 100mn木方，间距250

27、时，肋梁上排中间钢筋后绑扎，待蜂巢芯底部四边钢筋与肋梁主筋绑扎完成后再绑扎上排钢筋。6、水电预埋1）水电的线管、暗盒等都必须安装在肋梁内，并与肋梁钢筋绑扎固定。2） 暗盒安装时可用切割机在蜂巢芯的挑边上开口，并及时将切割碎片清理干 净，但严禁在挑边上直接打凿。3）消防管、雨水管等楼板套管及配电管井预埋在梁、柱边的楼板实心调整区 内。4）在肋梁、板面钢筋安装后，应及时在肋梁内穿引水电线管与预埋好的暗盒连 接，并用铁丝将线管固定在肋梁钢筋上。7、板钢筋安装1）在绑扎过程中要肋梁钢筋和板面钢筋的同层同向，减少钢筋重叠以降低高 度，保证板面钢筋的保护层厚度。too busy to come over,
