AbstractThedevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,Chineseenterprisestotheworldhasbroughtmanyopportunitiesandchallenges,developforeigndirectinvestmentinTaiwan'seffortstodealwithinternationalcompetition,animportantstep.ThreedecadesofChina'sreformandopeninguphavecreatedaworld-acclaimedeconomicmiracle,whileforeigndirectinvestmenthasalsomaderapiddevelopment,butlargecomparedtotheintroductionofFDI,foreigndirectinvestmentisstillrelativelylowlevelofdevelopment.Thispaperattemptstomakeachoice,includingindustry,locationselection,subjectselectionandstrategicchoiceofinvestmentoptionsforforeigndirectinvestmentinChina'sdevelopmentandputforwardfeasiblesuggestions.
