BillofQuantities

6.1Instruction

6.1.1Billofquantitiesshouldbevidedwithbiddingdocumentssuchasbiddernotice,contractterms,technicalclauseanddrawingsheet,etc.

6.1.2Projectquantityatbillofquantitiesisonlyamatterofestimatedprojectquantityoftenderoffer,notthatoffinalsettlement.Theprojectquantity,servingasfinalestimate,isthatcontractorcompletesinfact,whichismeasuredbymeteringprescriptionintermsofcontract.Theunitpriceatbillofquantitiesreferstocomprehensiveunitpriceexceptforspecialinstruction.

6.1.3Exceptforadditionalprescriptionsoncontract,bothunitpriceandtotalpricesformarkedpriceinclude:

directcharges,indirectcharges,otherexpenditure,expensesoftaxationandprofitthatcontractorundertakesatthetimeofcarryingoutandcompletingcontractengineering,alongwithallresponsibility,obligationandventurethatcontractorundertakes,whichisclearlyindicatedorimpliedoncontract.

6.1.4theprojectinsuranceandthirdpartyliabilityinsuranceshouldbecarriedoutaccordingtospecialclausesoncontractwhenthecontractortendersforengineering.

6.1.5Allexpensesandprofit,whichconformtocontractregulations,shouldbeinvolvedinalltheitemslistedinbillofquantities.Theitemsthatshouldbeundertakenbycontractoroncontract,butisnotlistedindetailatbillofquantities,itschargesandprofitshouldbeconsideredtohavebeeninvolvedinunitpriceandtotalpriceofotherrelateitems.Contractorshouldnotaddnewitemoradaptitemnameofhisownaccordatbillofquantities.

6.1.6thecolumnof“unitprice”and”totalprice“atbillofquantitiesshouldbefilledinbycontractor.Contractorshouldfillinsummarytablefortenderoffer;thegeneraloffershouldbegivenatterminal.BidcurrencyisRMB.Ifcontractordoesnotfillinunitpriceandtotalpriceforcertainitems,thepriceshouldberegardedtobeinvolvedinunitpriceandtotalpriceofotheritems,ortendersum.

6.1.7Workcontentandrequestofalltheitems,alongwithcomputationandpaymentregulationsatbillofqualitiesseealsotherelatesectionsat<>.

6.1.8Theunpredictablereservefundsatsummarytableontenderofferusesasstillundeterminedorunpredictableitemsatthetimeofsigningcontract.Theemployerisuptofillinandexecuteactingonregulationsofthe34thitemat<>.
