AlbertEinsteinleftGermanywhenAdolphHitlercametopowerin1933.HemovedtotheUnitedStatestocontinuehisresearch.EinsteinbecameacitizenoftheUnitedStatesin1940.
Einsteinwasafamousman,butyouwouldnothaveknownthatbylookingathim.Hiswhitehairwaslongandwild.Heworeoldclothes.Heshowedaninnerjoywhenhewasplayinghisviolinortalkingabouthiswork.Studentsandfriendssaidhehadawayofexplainingdifficultideasusingimagesthatwereeasytounderstand.
