2020年医务科年度工作总结范文（2020medicaldepartmentannualworksummarysampleessay）

20xx年，医务科在上级主管部门的指导下，在院领导的大力支持下，在各科室的积极配合下，坚持以病人为中心、以全面提高医疗质量为主题、以建立和谐医患关系为目标，严抓医疗规范化管理和医疗核心制度的落实，使得全年各项工作得以有序的进行。

现将本年度的工作总结如下：

一、医疗质量（1.Medicalquality）

医疗质量是医院生存和发展的根本问题。

医务科把严抓医疗质量管理，全面提高医疗服务质量作为首要任务，经过本年度的严格管理、狠抓落实，我院的医疗质量和医疗安全工作都取得了一定的成效。

（Thequalityofmedicalcareisthefundamentalissueforthesurvivalanddevelopmentofhospitals.Themedicaldepartmentregardsstrictmedicalqualitymanagementandcomprehensiveimprovementofmedicalservicequalityasitsprimarytask.Afterstrictmanagementandimplementationthisyear,themedicalqualityandmedicalsafetyofourhospitalhaveachievedcertainresults.）

1、基础医疗质量根据本院工作实际，健全了医疗质量控制体系，每月对各科室进行一次医疗质量检查，督促各科室进一步加强医疗质量控制的工作落实。

加强对各科室核心制度执行情况的督导检查，对基础医疗质量和环节医疗质量进行严格把关，使我院的医疗质量得到明显提高。

Accordingtotheactualworkofthishospital,themedicalqualitycontrolsystemhasbeenimproved,andmedicalqualityinspectionsareconductedoneachdepartmenteverymonth,andeachdepartmentisurgedtofurtherstrengthentheimplementationofmedicalqualitycontrol.Strengthenthesupervisionandinspectionoftheimplementationofthecoresystemofeachdepartment,andstrictlycontrolthequalityofbasicmedicalcareandthequalityofmedicalcare,sothatthemedicalqualityofourhospitalhasbeensignificantlyimproved.）

2、医疗文书质量严格按照新版《病历书写规范》的要求，对住院病历的书写提出进一步规范化的要求，并督促各科室认真组织学习，终末病案要经过各科室质控医师审查，归档后由医务科再次抽查。

今年我院甲级病历合格率虽然较去年有提高，但其中仍存在很多不足，在医务科对临床各科室终末病历抽查年度总结中，发现个别问题反复存在，外科病历书写较内科病历差，甚至有乙级病历出现。

Instrictaccordancewiththerequirementsofthenewversionof"MedicalRecordWritingNorms",furtherstandardizedrequirementsforthewritingofinpatientmedicalrecordsareputforward,andalldepartmentsareurgedtoorganizeandstudyseriously.Thefinalmedicalrecordsmustbereviewedbythequalitycontrolphysiciansofeachdepartmentandfiled.Spotcheckagainbythemedicaldepartment.AlthoughthequalificationrateofGradeAmedicalrecordsinourhospitalthisyearhasimprovedcomparedwithlastyear,therearestillmanyshortcomings.Intheannualsummaryofthefinalmedicalrecordsofvariousclinicaldepartmentsinthemedicaldepartment,itisfoundthatindividualproblemsarerepeated.Thewritingofsurgicalmedicalrecordsisworsethanthatofinternalmedicalrecords.ThereareevenGradeBmedicalrecords.）

3、处方质量医院严格执行处方点评管理规范，按照处方点评制度开展处方点评工作，并认真总结和提出改进。

医生每天开出的处方，由药师首先掌握医生的用药动态，对发现的不合理用药进行及时点评。

对无指征用药、指征改善后应停药而未停药的、违反联合用药原则的、针对性不强的“大包围”用药、无指征超剂量用药、不合理使用药、违反药物配伍禁忌等进行点评，并上报医务科。

使得医生的责任意识、风险意识和规范意识都有明显提高，门诊医生能够遵守首诊负责制，认真地进行门诊登记和门诊处方书写，保证了处方合格率的达标。

（3.PrescriptionqualityThehospitalstrictlyimplementstheprescriptionreviewmanagementstandard,carriesouttheprescriptionreviewworkinaccordancewiththeprescriptionreviewsystem,andcarefullysummarizesandproposesimprovements.Fortheprescriptionsissuedbythedoctoreveryday,thepharmacistwillfirstgraspthedoctor'smedicationdynamics,andtimelycommentontheunreasonablemedicationsdiscovered.Forunindicatedmedications,medicationsthatshouldbediscontinuedaftertheindicationsareimproved,butnotdiscontinued,violationsoftheprincipleofcombinationmedication,untargeted"bigencirclement"medications,unindicatedoverdosemedications,unreasonableuseofmedications,anddrugviolationsCommentoncompatibilityandcontraindicationsandreporttothemedicaldepartment.Asaresult,doctors’senseofresponsibility,riskawareness,andregulatoryawarenesshavebeensignificantlyimproved.Outpatientdoctorscanabidebythefirst-visitaccountabilitysystem,earnestlycarryoutoutpatientregistrationandoutpatientprescriptionwriting,andensurethattheprescriptionpassrateisuptostandard.）

二、医疗安全（2.Medicalsafety）

医疗安全是医疗管理的重点。

医务科对医疗安全工作长抓不懈，把责任落实到个人，各司其职，层层把关，切实做好医疗安全工作。

1、继续抓好医疗安全教育及相关法律法规学习，依法规范行医，严格执行人员准入及技术准入，加强医务人员医疗安全教育，适时在院内举办医疗纠纷防范及处理讲座、培训。

（1.Continuetodoagoodjobinmedicalsafetyeducationandstudyofrelevantlawsandregulations,regulatethepracticeofmedicineinaccordancewiththelaw,strictlyenforcepersonnelaccessandtechnicalaccess,strengthenmedicalsafetyeducationformedicalstaff,andholdlecturesandtrainingsonthepreventionandhandlingofmedicaldisputesinthehospital.）

2、加强医疗安全防范，从控制医疗缺陷入手，严格执行《医疗纠纷、医疗事故处理及责任追究制度》，对于给医院带来重大影响的医疗纠纷或医疗不良事件要进行责任追究，着重吸取经验教训。

3、从控制医疗缺陷入手，强化疑难、医源性损伤、特殊、危重、严重并发症、纠纷病人等的随时报告制度。

4、定期召开医疗安全会议，通报医疗安全事件及医疗纠纷的处理情况，总结经验。

三、继续医学教育工作（3.Continuingmedicaleducation）

1、20xx年举办各种业务讲座场次。

主要涉及急诊急救相关知识培训、心肺复苏培训、医疗纠纷防范及处理讲座、内外科常见病的治疗常识及新进展、培训抗菌药物规范应用等内容。

2、本年度我院继续开展“岗位练兵技能比武活动”活动，依据医院工作任务和各级卫生专业技术人员的岗位职责，努力提高全院医务人员的业务技能和服务水平。

今年我院组织全体医疗技术人员进行理论考试一次、技能操作比武1次，较圆满的完成了活动的各项要求，得到承德市卫生局年终考核组的肯定。

（2.Thisyear,ourhospitalwillcontinuetocarryoutthe"On-the-jobtrainingskillscompetition"activities,andstrivetoimprovetheprofessionalskillsandservicelevelsofthehospital'smedicalstaffinaccordancewiththehospital'sworktasksandthejobresponsibilitiesofhealthprofessionalsatalllevels.Thisyear,ourhospitalorganizedallmedicaltechnicianstoconductatheoreticalexaminationandaskilloperationcontest.Theysatisfactorilyfulfilledtherequirementsoftheactivityandwereaffirmedbytheyear-endassessmentteamofChengdeCityHealthBureau.）

3、完成对医疗医技CME对象1人的学分登记，圆满完成了市继续教育办公室的验证审验。

全院二级学科CME覆盖率为100%;20xx年度学分达标比例为100%。

四、科教工作方面（Four,scienceandeducationwork）

1、今年我院医疗技术人员、经济紧张，未派出人员到上级医院进修学习;参加各类省级、学术活动多次，为医院引进新技术，新方法和新经验。

全年医院发表论文35篇，科研立项4项。

（1.Thisyear,ourhospital'smedicaltechniciansandtheeconomyaretight,andnopersonnelweresenttohigher-levelhospitalsforfurtherstudy;participatedinvariousprovincialandacademicactivitiesmanytimestointroducenewtechnologies,newmethodsandnewexperiencestothehospital.Thehospitalpublished35papersand4scientificresearchprojectsthroughouttheyear.）

2、规范实习、转科、进修人员的登记和管理，安排好实习及进修医生的带教工作及转科时程，及时检查带教效果。

各科室转科结束时，由科室主任对实习、见习医生在本科室的相关专业知识进行考核，考核合格后，到医务科报到，按照转科安排时间进行下一科室的实习、见习。

（2.Regulatetheregistrationandmanagementofintern,transferandadvancedtrainingpersonnel,arrangetheteachingworkandtransferscheduleofinternandadvancedtrainingdoctors,andchecktheteachingeffectintime.Attheendofthetransferofeachdepartment,thedirectorofthedepartmentwillassesstherelevantprofessionalknowledgeoftheinternandtraineedoctorsintheundergraduateroom.Aftertheassessmentispassed,theywillreporttothemedicaldepartmentandcarryouttheinternshipandinternshipinthenextdepartmentaccordingtothetransferschedule.）

五、临床路径方面（Five,clinicalpath）

开展7个单病种的临床路径工作，每月由临床各科室统计完成路径的人数，上报医务科，再由医务科汇总上报卫生局。

临床路径的开展，切实有效的规范了医疗行为，减轻了患者的经济负担，在一定程度上也遏制了乱用药、乱收费等现象。

六、药品管理方面（Six,drugmanagement）

对麻醉药品实行每月监督检查制度，按国家法律法规对购进、销售、保管、销毁进行监管，办理癌症病人麻醉药品专用卡35人次，每月按时随诊、更换，保证了患者的正常使用，杜绝了非法外流。

医务科兼职药品不良反应站的工作，对本院药品不良反应进行了严密的监测，及时完成完成药品器械不良反应的收集、上报工作。

本年度药品不良反应上报工作受到市药监局的表扬。
