Becausetherammingprocessinghastheproductivitytobehigh,thematerialusefactorishigh,thepressingpartprecisionhigh,thecomplexdegreeishighandinterchangeabilitygoodandsooncharacteristics,therefore,intheindustrialproduction,appliesespeciallyintheproductioninenormousquantitiesverywidely.Buttherammingmoldinthecoldstampingprocessingisalsoessential.Therammingmoldgeneralstructureiscomplex,theaccuracyrequirementishigh,theproductioncostisalsohigh.Intherammingprocess,therammingmoldasaresultoflong-termreasonsandsoonattrition,distortion,breakhastheexpiration,thuscausestheenterpriseproductioncosttostayatahighlevel.Therefore,theexplorationenhancestherammingmold'sservicelifeefficientpathtohavetheimportantmeaningregardingtheenterprisedevelopment。

1Theinfluencerammingdielife'sprimaryfactortoenhancetherammingdielife,musttothemoldwhichexpirescarryontheanalysis,understandsandgraspstheexpirationreasonandtheinfluencedielifeprimaryfactor.Throughtheresearchdiscovery,affectstherammingdielifetheprimaryfactortohavethefollowingseveralaspects:

1.1Moldmaterial

(1)moldmaterialsmeltingifthequalityofdiesteelcontainsmoreobjectsortoomuchcarbonsteel,willseriouslyreducetheimpacttoughnessofsteel,anti-fatigueandfractureresistance,causinganearlyfracturedie,blocksandcracking,etc.collapse.

1.2Diestructure

2Improvethestampingdielifeinaneffectivewayofstamping,thedieservicelifeofhigh-modeedgecanreducethenumberofrepairandinstallationtimedebuggingtooltoincreasetheeffectiveworkinghoursandraiselaborproductivity,reducecostofproductionstampings.

Lifeofstampingdiesfortheimpactofthemainfactors,therearethefollowingtypesofstampingdiestoenhanceaneffectivewayoflife

2.1Selectionofasuitablewear-resistantmaterialsingeneral,inthestampingproductionstampingpartsaccordingtomaterialandtechnicalrequirements,productionbatchsize,thepremiseofensuringtheeconomyasfaraschoiceofmaterialswithhighwearresistanceandthenecessaryheattreatmentprocess.

Moldmaterialscommonlyusedare:

(1)Cr12steeltypes,includingCr12Mo,Cr12MoV:

coldstampingdieforawiderrangeofalloytoolsteel,hasahighhardenability,hardenedandwear-resistantability.

(2)Cr4W2MoVsteel(thatis,120Cr4W2MoV):

thismaterialwithCr12steeltypes,comparedtosmalleutecticcarbide,andamoreevendistribution,haveahighhardenability,hardening,andalsohashighermechanicalpropertiesandwearresistance.W,Mo,Velementshelptoimprovethestabilityofsteelfortheuseofchemicaltreatmenttoimprovedielifeconditionsprovideafavorableenvironment.

(3)W6Mo5Cr4V2Alsteel:

highhardness,canbehardenedtoHRC66~68,wearresistance,andalloysteelthantheaveragelifeexpectancyofthemoldcanincreasemorethan4times.Redsystemforwearandtearonthemoldparticularlymaterialssuchasnickelchromiumtitanium,fiberboardandothermaterialslaminatedglass.

(4)carbide:

highhardness,canreachmorethanHRC85.Excellentwearresistance,hardalloydielifetoolsteeldiethantheaverage30~50times.WiththeCNCwirecutting,EDMprocessingmethods,suchasawiderangeofapplications,thescopeofapplicationofcarbidemoldgrowing.Ofcourse,thebetterthewearresistanceofdiematerials,thegeneralpricesofthemoreexpensivematerials,processingcostsarealsohigher,sowhentheeconomyisalsoaselectiontooneoftheimportantfactorstoconsider.

2.2DieMoldSurfaceTreatmentSurfaceTreatmentincludescremationstrengthenandchemicallyenhancedintwoways.

(1)strengthentheEDMEDMisenhancedcarbideconductivematerial,suchaselectrodes,andmetalintheairsparkdischargebetweentheworkpiece,theuseofsparkdischargeenergyrelease,sothatinfiltrationofelectrodematerial,coveringthesurfaceofthemoldtoformastrengtheninglayer.EDMhasimprovedtheworkofstrengtheningofthephysico-chemicalpropertiesofthesurfacetoimprovethemetalsurfacehardness,wearresistance,corrosionresistance,moldlifecanbeextended2to3times.Enhancedsurfacehardnessupto68~72HRC.

(2)chemicallyenhancedarechemicallyenhancednitridingprocessing,handlingboronizing.Nitridingtreatmentofliquidnitriding,gasnitridingandplasmanitridingglow.Metalsurfacenitridingthroughtheformationofhardnitridelayer,thehardnessofupto65~69HRC,nitridingthesurfacewithhighhardness,wearresistance,heatresistance,highfatiguestrengthandcorrosionresistance.Nitridingfordielifeimprovementthannon-nitrogen2to3times.Nitridingdepthofupto0.12mm,hardness1200HV.Asaresultofnitridinginthemoldafterthenitridelayerformedonthesurfaceofprotectivefilm,greatlyreducedthefrictioncoefficient,canimprovedielife.Boronizingdealisonthemeltedpartsofborax(Na2B4O7)andsiliconcarbidemixture,toacertaintemperature,afteracertainperiodoftime,inpartsofthesingle-phaseformedonthesurfaceoftheFe2BorFe2BmainlyasmallnumberoftheFeBtwo-phaseboridelayer.Compoundswithatwo-foldhighhardnessandlowfrictioncoefficient,canincreasethewearresistanceandservicelifeofmolds.

2.3OptimizationofDieStructureDesign

(1)toimprovetheworkofdiestructuredesignreliability:

intheproductionofnotpunchingactionisnotinplaceormalfunctionordamagetoreducethedieservicelifeofmolds.Institutionssuchasthefeed,discharge,thetoppiecesofthesystemcomponentsshouldhavesufficientstrengthandrigidity,flexiblemovementandreliable.

(2)diestructureoptimizationofparameters:

thechoiceofstructuralparametersdirectlyaffectthelifeofmold.Suchasblankingclearance,shouldbeusedbytheredpartsrequirementsandmaterialselectionreasonableblankinggapistoolargeortoosmallwillincreasethegapofblankingdiewearandreduceservicelife.

(3)selectionfordifferentmoldstructure-orientedandrationalmannerinordertoimprovedielife.

(4)fromtheareasofdesignandtechnologytoensurethequalityofmoldparts:

Iftheworksurfaceistoorough,thecircularedgeformingmoldsarenotsmoothedgewillincreasetheblankingburr,formingsurfacenap,injury,willspeedupthediewearandreducetheirusefullife.

2.4Theproperuse,maintenanceandmaintenanceofthelifeofMold,withtheexceptionofreasonabledependsonthedesign,themanufactureofhighprecision,goodeffectofheattreatmentandpresstherightselection,thestampingdieproductionoftheproperuse,maintenanceandrepairisalsoimportantingeneralshouldpayattentiontothefollowingpoints:

(1)carefullybeforeusingthemoldinspection,removalofdirt.Therearedie-orienteddevices,lubricationshouldbecheckedsound.

(2)regularmaintenancepresses,pressestoensureaccuracy.Beforeusebyapointoforderonthepresstooperatethatspace.

(3)roughsurfaceshouldbeclean,ifnecessary,canalsobecoatedwithlubricantuniform.

(4)diebytheinstallertoinstall,non-guideplatemoldanddie,itisnecessarytoproperlyadjustthegap.

(5)punchanddieedgewearintimeaftergrindingtopreventtherapidexpansionofthedepthofedgewearandreducethequalityofstampingpartsanddielife.
