Personificationmanagement,alsoreferstothepeople-orientedmanagement,modernmanagementscienceisanimportantprinciple.Theso-calledpeople-oriented,thatis,respect,caring,trust,understandingtomeetthelegitimateaspirationsofUniversityTeachersisadifferentfromotherworkersgroupshasitsspecificcharacteristicsoflaborandlaborlaws.tounderstandthecharacteristicsofcollegeteachers,tofollowthelawsoftheirwork,usingreasonable,personalizedmanagement,helptostimulateenthusiasmfortheworkofuniversityteachers,teachersmaximizeefficiency,ascommunitytodevelopmore,betterandconstructivetalent.
