1 总则
1 General
1.1概述
由许继电气股份有限公司生产的KYN28（GZS1）-12型户内交流金属铠装抽出式开关设备（以下简称开关设备），系3～12千伏三相交流50Hz单母线及单母线分段系统的成套配电装置，主要用于发电厂、中小型发电机送电、工矿企事业配电以及电业系统的二次变电所的受电、送电及大型高压电动机启动等，实现控制、保护、检测之目的。
本开关设备满足IEC298、GB3906-1991等标准要求，具有防止带负荷推拉断路器手车、防止误分合断路器、防止接地开关处于闭合位置时关合断路器、防止误入带电隔室、防止在带电时误合接地开关的联锁功能，既可配用我公司生产的VS1-12和ZN□-12型户内高压真空断路器以及隔离手车、熔断器手车、PT手车、计量手车、变压器手车等各种功能手车，又可配用ABB公司的VD4型、施耐德公司的EV12型、华电公司的VEP型等国内外多个厂家生产的12kV等级中压真空断路器。
开关设备具有多种设计方案，能满足各种设计需求，实为一种性能优越的配电装置。
1.1Overview
KYN28（GZS1）-12indoorACmetal-cladwithdrawableswitchgearmanufacturedbyXJElectricCo.,Ltd.isthepackagedpowerdistributionequipmentusedforratedvoltageof3~12kVthree-phaseAC50Hzsinglebusbarandsinglebusbarsectionalsystem.Itiswidelyusedforcontrol,protectionandmonitoringindifferentfields,suchasforpowerdistributioninlargepowerplants,electricitytransmissionofsmallandmedium-sizedgenerators,powersupplyinminingenterprises,powertransmissionanddistributionofsecondarysubstationsinelectricpowersystem,andstartingoflargehigh-voltagemotorstarter.TheswitchgearmeetstherequirementsofIEC298,GB3906-1991andotherstandards.Itfeatures"Five-prevention"lockingfunction:
preventcircuitbreakertruckfrommovingwithload;preventmisoperationofcircuitbreaker;preventgroundingswitchfromclosingandopeningthecircuitbreakerattheON/OFFposition;preventstrayingintoliveinterval;preventmisoperationofinterlockingfunctionofgroundingswitchwithelectricity.TheswitchgearcanbefittedandworkedwithVS1-12andZN□-12typeindoorhigh-voltagevacuumcircuitbreakersandvariousfunctionaltrucks（disconnectiontruck,circuitbreakertruck,PTtruck,meteringtruckandtransformertruck）,VD412kVmediumvoltagevacuumcircuitbreakermanufacturedbyABB,EV1212kVmediumvoltagevacuumcircuitbreakermanufacturedbySchneiderandVEP12kVmediumvoltagevacuumcircuitbreakermanufacturedbyHuadianandother12kVmediumvoltagevacuumcircuitbreakersmanufacturedbyotherdomesticandforeignmanufacturers.Theswitchgearmayprovideavarietyofdesignschemestomeetvariousdesignneeds.Itisreallyanidealhigh-performancedistributiondevice.

5 开关设备结构简介
开关设备由固定的柜体和可抽出部件（即手车）两大部分组成，柜体的外壳和各功能单元的隔板采用敷铝锌钢板组装而成。
开关设备的外壳防护等级为IP4X，断路器室门打开时防护等级为IP2X。
本设备具有架空进出线、电缆进出线以及左右联络的功能，可以根据用途将各方案的开关设备排列组成能完成设计所需功能的配电装置，由于开关设备的安装调试和维护可以在正面进行，所以开关设备可以靠墙安装或背靠背组成双重排列，以节省占地面积、减少工程总投资。
