Createaninterestinthesituation.Tellstudentsthatlotsofpeopleareafraidofanimals.Revisethedifferentadjectivestodescribefearusingavisualrepresentation:

‘afraidandfrightened’.

二、提出目标

Tellstudentsthattheyaregoingtolistentoconversationaboutfearsofanimalsbetweenateacherandastudent.First,askstudentstostudythepicturesofthedifferentanimalsinPartA1.Studentsmatchthenamestothepictures.
