第一节施工质量目标

（一）、目标承诺

本装饰工程施工中，我公司将始终贯彻“质量第一、服务第一、信誉第一、用户至上”的宗旨，发挥我们的技术优势、优质、高速、安全、文明地完成本施工任务，确保达到以下施工目标。

1．工程质量目标：

本工程质量符合“工程施工质量验收规范标准”合格标准。

确保验收一次合格并达鲁班奖;

1）确保本工程质量达到合格，装饰分部、分项工程观感得分95分以上。

2）如因我方原因致使工程工程质量达不到要求，由我方承担相应的违约责任，罚金从履约保证金中扣除。

（二）、工程质量管理体系

1.ISO9001质量管理体系：

1）建立项目经理部的质量保证体系，从项目经理、技术负责人到施工员、质安员、作业班组长，作业工人建立明确的质量责任制和权限范围，从组织上形成质量管理的网络和体系。

3）编制完整的文件和资料控制，对文件做好识别的标志，分发的记录程序，作废文件的处理，复制件的控制等严格按公司的文件控制程序办理。

4）物资采购方面要求从法人资格、经营范围、生产能力、产品质量及其保证措施、资金、信誉、售后服务等方面选择合格的供应商，使优质的材料用到优质的工程中去。

5）产品的标识和可追溯性，在本工程中尤为重要，要求所有的制品或产品均须有完整的标识和可追溯性标志，对不合格的材料、半成品一律不得放行。

6）项目经理部编制完整的实质性的施工组织设计，严格做好各工序的控制，施工组织、深化设计控制程序、技术交底控制程序、质量检验控制程序、检验和试验程序、回访、维修服务等方面要进行控制。

2．项目部质量管理体系：

在一个项目内建立一套完善的质保体系：

项目经理对工程质量全面负责（第一责任者），设立项目副经理具体负责质量工作（第二责任者），在项目部内必须设定由若干人员组成的质量管理小组，负责日常质量管理和检查、验收工作，各班组均应设立质量员（不脱产），形成项目经理部的质量管理机构。

此外，项目经理部建立一整套技术管理和质量管理制度，包括三检制、交底制、挂牌记名制、隐蔽工程验收、原材料试验等。

首先是要依靠自检，由操作人员本人在整个操作过程中严格按规程、规范操作，时刻用质量标准对照，及时返修，直到达到质量要求为止。
