Teachersandlearnersjusthavetomakethebestofwhatisavailabletothematthetimeandintheplacewheretheyareworking.Thesustainedeffortsofauthors,scholarsandpublishersarekeyfactorsinthestrongpresenceofBritishEnglishabroad,andinthemaintenanceofthatpresence.
