PKSC400装机步骤

GenerateConfigurationFiles

∙RunExperionPKSSystemInitializationDVDinWindows.

∙在一台计算机上放入INITIALIZATIONDVD，自动运行安装程序。

∙选择LaunchSetup

∙选择GenerateConfigurationFiles

∙ClickNexttocontinue.

∙选择所要安装的机器类型，上图是所支持的Station的型号。

∙这是所支持的Server的型号，下面以DELLT5500安装F-Station为例

∙这里输入计算机名称、用户帐户和密码，

在初始化盘作安装配置文件时，需要将用户的名字设为系统默认的名称：

Experionadmin，密码随意。

此用户名也可使用其它名称，但绝对不可以设为administrator或mngr或HPSinstall等名称，这些用户在使用初始化盘安装后会被禁掉，将无法登陆计算机。

∙如果所输入密码不符密码安全性时会有提示，可以选择忽略这个问题继续安装，也可返回修改密码。

∙这里选择网络类型及网络定义，点击下一步

∙这里是一个汇总的信息，点击GenerateProductInstallConfig.Files，系统提示需要InstallationDVD

然后又出现节点类型画面

∙选择好后点NEXT（安装服务器，请选择“Server（ESV）”；若安装操作站请选择相应类型的操作站，如“ConsoleStation（ES-C）”或“FlexStation（ES-F）”）

∙按照以上选择后选NEXT（注意“CustomerInformation”里面的两项中填写项目名和用户公司名称）

这里填入的Password应与前面的尽量保持一致，填好之后选NEXT,下一步中点Continue，下一步在SaveConfig.Files中选择一个保存配置文件的路径，保存好之后拷贝到U盘中

将保存有安装配置文件“Config.Files”的U盘插到将要安装PKSR400的机器上，然后启动计算机，插入Initialization光盘，启动时按着F12，进入到安装界面，系统会自动安装，在安装过程中系统会提示选择安装配置文件，选择到U盘中存的“Config.Files”即可。

以下是详细安装步骤

•Inthetargetmachine,insertExperionPKSSystemInitializationmediaandbootfromtheExperionPKSSystemInitializationmedia.

•EnsurethatBootSequenceinBIOSissettobootfromCD/DVDdrivefirst.Pleasekeepwatchingthescreenwhilebooting,andpressanykeyassoonasyouseethemessage“PressanyKeytoBootfromCDorDVD…”

•WhenthesystembootsfromExperionPKSSystemInitializationmedia,WinPEisloadedintothetargetmachineandtheExperionPKSSystemInitializationPreInstallUtilityscreenappears.BrowsetotheconfigurationfilesandselectInitMediaOptions.xmlfile.ClickNext.Thisxmlfilecanbelocatedonafloppydisk,localsystemdrive,orUSBpendrive.

•ExperionPKSSystemInitializationPreInstallUtilityloadstheconfigurationinformationfromOptionsfiles.Youcanselect“UseDriveC:

”iftheywanttoformatonlyCdriveandinstallOSonthisdrive.Inthiscase,dataontheotherpartitionswillberetained.Thisoptionneedstobeselectedonlyifthesystemishavingmorethanonepartitionandnorawpartitions.

•EnterconfigurationdetailsforharddiskintheDiskConfigurationsection.

•Selecttheappropriatemedialocation.这里选DVD

•EntertheIPdetails,SubnetMask,andDefaultGatewayintheNetworkConfigurationforlocalmachinesection.ClickNext.

•SelecttheIacceptthetermsintheLicenseagreementradiobuttonontheLicenseAgreementscreenafterreadingtheEULA.ClickInstall.Ifitisamedia-basedinstall,thesystempromptsforthemedia.

•OncetheOSinstallationiscompleted,insertExperionPKSSystemInitializationDVDagainwhenyouseethisExperionPKSSystemInitializationR400.1dialogbox.

Iftheautorundialogpopsup,closethedialog.Duringinstallation,ifyousee“RestartNow”prompts,noactionisexpected.Thesystemwillrebootautomatically.

Duringinstallation,ifyouseeany“FoundNewHardware”messages,noactionneedstobetaken.

ThesystemrestartsseveraltimesautomaticallyduringExperionPKSSystemInitialization.

Ifthemediaisalreadypresentinthelocalmachine,installationproceedswithoutpromptingExperionPKSSystemInitializationmedia.

Installstatuswillappearshowingwhichfeatureisbeinginstalled/run,anapproximatetimeforthefeatureandoverallinstalltorunandadescription/messageareathatgivesinformationfortheinstall.TheR400.1ExperionPKSSystemInitializationsequencerisrunninginthebackgroundsequentiallyrunninginstallfeaturesandcommunicatingtothestatus.IfproductinstallationwasselectedinstallationDVDisprompted.

ClickCancelifyouwanttocanceltheinstall.Itcanberestartedatthepointofcancellationatalatertimebyrunningsetup.exe.

ClickOKtofinishtheinstallationonceyougettheinstallcompletemessage.

Thesystemrebootsautomatically.Ifitfailstoautomaticallyreboot,thenrebootthecomputermanually.Clicksetup.exetorestarttheinstallation

∙TwomethodstoinstallPKSConfigurationfilestotargetcomputer.

二.安装后的系统配置

1.Ifasoftwareprotectionkey（dongle，软件狗）issuppliedintheExperionPKSmediabox,insertthekeyintooneofUSBinterfaceinthecomputer.

2.Afterinstallation,ChecktheFTEDeviceIndex&theFTEsettingasfollows:

（1）FromStartmenu,rightclickNetworkorrightclicktheNetworkiconinnotificationareaoftaskbarandselectProperties.

（2）ClickNetworkandSharingCenter.ChecktheNetworkAdapterscanningorder.

（3）SelectManagenetworkconnectionsfromtheleftmenu.

（4）Right-clickoneoftheFTEnetworkconnections（YelloworGreen）andthenclickProperties.

（5）SelectContinuetotheUserAccountControlPrompt.

（6）SelectHoneywellFTEMux-IMProtocolDriver,andthenclickProperties.

（7）VerifyFTEMUX-IMProtocolDriverPropertiesdialog:

SelectConfiguretab.

（8）SelecttheHoneywellFTEAdapter#1intheleftpane.Set/Verifythevaluesforthefollowing:

DeviceIndexValueforthemachine-Changethevaluetoauniquenumberfrom1-511.

Verifythefollowingvalues:

TheIPMCDestinationAddress（thisisthemulticastaddressassignedtotheFTECommunitydefaultas234.5.6.7）

Note:

YoucanmodifytheIPMCaddressandtheUDPsourceanddestinationports,butitisrecommendedtoretainthedefaultsettings.

ClickOK.

（9）FromtheNetworkConnectionswindow:

SelecttheHoneywellFTEAdapter#1,right-clicktheadapterandselectProperties.

（10）SelectContinuetotheUserAccountControlPromptifitappears.

（11）VerifytheFTEAdapter#1Properties:

SelectInternetProtocolVersion4（TCP/IPV4）,selectProperties.

（12）VerifyIPAddressandotherIPV4Settings.CorrectanyvaluesthatareincorrectormissingandthenclickOK.

（13）Rebootyourcomputer.

（14）Logonbackaslocaladministrator.

（15）Waituntilthemachinehascompletedalltheprocessstartsandnetworkconnections.

VerifyNetworkSettingsusingIPConfig/allcommandfromacommandwindow:

IfFTEMuxDriverisworkingcorrectly,itwillshowupintheIPCONFIGasHoneywellFTEMUX-IMVirtualMiniportDriver.

3.NewAccountandUserGroup

Computer→manger→configuration→localuserandgroups→rightclick“user”

→Click“newuser”tocreateanewaccount

DoubleclicktheNewAccount→Memberof→Add→Advanced→Findnow→AddtheNewAccounttousergroup“Administrator”&”ProductAdministrator”

4.HOSTConfiguration

YoumustidentifythecomputernameandassociatedIPaddressofeachExperionPKSserverandConsoleStationinthehostsfile.Bothserverandclientcomputersrequireamodifiedhostsfilewithidenticalentries,soyoucaneditthehostsfileononecomputerandthencopyittoeachcomputerintheExperionPKSsystem.

5.ExperionPKSPatchConfiguration

Thefollowingsectiondescribesinstalledservicepatches,servicepacksandupdatesfortheHoneywellExperionPKSServer.Includesupgrades,newsystemfeaturesandbugfixes

TheprocedureassumestheindividualperformingthebuildtaskisbothfullytrainedandfamiliarwithHoneywellExperionPKSServersoftware.HealsohasaccesstotheExperionwebsiteandpriviledges/accessthatallowthemtodownloadallcurrentpatchesetc.

Installationforeachpatch/upgradewillbedescribedbyit’saccompanyingSCN（SoftwareChangeNotice）belowisatableforrecordpurposesandshouldbefilledinwheneachpatchisapplied.

6.安装中文

ChangeSystemLocaletoChinese（Simplified,PRC）.将系统改为简体中文

unlocklogonformngr.解锁登陆mngr用户，可以参考下面截屏

入下命令

Rungpedit.mscsecpol.msc

•logonasmngraccount,openRegionalandLanguageOptions,changeformats&locationtoChinese&China.

•logonasuser-definedadministratoraccount,openRegionalandLanguageOptions,changeformats&locationtoChinese&China,thenchangethesystemlocaletoChinese（Simplified,PRC）.

•reboot.

•Copytoreservedaccounts（check“Defalutuseraccount”）.

•locklogonformngr

•OpenRegistryEditor,navigatetoHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Honeywell\ExperionPKSServer

•AddastringvalueSQLCollationandmodifyitsdataasChinese_PRC_CI_AS.如下图所示

•BringtheserverdowntoDatabaseOnlylevel.

•Runcommandpromptasadministrator,typeinstallsqlobjectEMSEvents/c如下图所示

7.检查Dongle和License

中文的安装很容易造成License的丢失，需要动作ChangeLicense。

否则ServerRedundancy中的hdwbldredun.hdw不能执行。

8.ConfiguringExperionserverredundancy

（1）ChooseStart>AllPrograms>HoneywellExperionPKS>Server>Start-StopExperionServer.

TheExperionPKSServerdialogboxappears.

Clickthestopbutton.

Ifprompted,clickYestoconfirmtheaction.

Waitfortheservertochangetostopstate.ItmaytakeseveralminutesfortheExperionservertostop.

（2）分别在两台服务器（PKSServerA和PKSServerB）上,chooseStart>AllPrograms>HoneywellExperionPKS>Server>DiagnosticTools>ExperionCommandPrompttoopentheExperionCommandPromptwindow.

在“ExperionCommandPrompt”命令行窗口中输入命令：

hdwbldredun.hdw并回车

执行以上命令后，如果窗口提示errors为0，那么表示命令执行成功，重启两台服务器，当两台服务器重启后会自动互相识别，并分别变为“Primary”和“Backup”。

两台冗余服务器互相识别出主、备后，需要对这两台服务器进行同步配置，如下：
