Tobehonest,itismydream.Shareingmyknowledgeandwisdomwithmystudentssoundsgreat.ButsometimesIamveryhesitantbecauseIhavetofacetheburdenofsupportingmyfamily.InChina,thesalaryofteachersisstilllow.SoIcan’tmakeafinaldecision.

There’sprobablynotallthatmuchdifferenceactually,butIguessthemainonewouldbethelevelofexperience.Youknow,Ithinkit’sfairtosaythatoldteacherstendtohavemoreexperiencethanyoungones,andsothey’llbemoreskilledatadaptingtoanykindofsituationthatmightariseinclass,whereasyoungteachersmightstruggle.
