ABSTRACT

 

Thebasicfunctionoftheelectricpowersystemistotransporttheelectricpowertowardscustomers.Thel0kVelectricdistributionnetisakeypointthatconnectsthepowersupplywiththeelectricityusingontheindustry,businessanddaily-life.Fortheelectricpower,allcostumersexpecttopaythelowestpriceforthehighestreliability,butdon'tconsiderthatit'sself-contradictoryintheco-existenceofeconomyandreliable.Toimprovethereliabilityofthepowersupplynetwork,wemustincreasetheinvestmentcostofthenetworkconstructionBut,ifthecostthatimprovethereliabilityofthenetworkconstruction,buttheinvestmentonthiskindofconstructionwouldbeworthlessifthereducinglossisonthepower-offislessthantheincreasinginvestmentonimprovingthereliability.Thuswefindoutabalancepointtomakethemosteconomic,betweentheinvestmentandthelossbycalculatingtheinvestmentonpowernetandthelossbroughtfrompower-off.

Therevolutionofelectricpowersystemhasbroughtanewbigroundconstruction,whichispushingthegreaterrevolutionofelectricpowertechniquealongwiththeapplicationofnewtechniqueandadvancedequipment.Especially,thecombinationoftheinformationtechniqueandelectricpowertechnique,togreatex-tent,hasimprovedreliabilityonelectricqualityandelectricsupply.Thetechnicaldevelopmentdecreasesthecostonelectricconstructionanddrivesinnovationofelectricnetwork.Onthebasisofnationalandinternatio-naladvancedelectricknowledge,thedissertationintroducestheresearchhotspotforpresentelectricpowersy-etemasfollowing.

Firstly,Thisdissertationintroducesthebuildingconditionofdistributionautomation(DA),andbringsforwardtwotypicalconstructionmodesonDAconstruction,integrativemodeandfissionmode.ItemphasizetheDAstructureundertheconditionofthefissionmodeandpresentsthesystemconfiguration,themainstationscheme,thefeederscheme,theoptimizedcommunicationschemeetc.,whichisforDAresearchreference.

Secondly,asforthe(DA)troublemeasurement,position,isolationandresume,Thisdissertationanalyzesthechangesofpressureandcurrentforlineproblem,getsmathequationbyeducingphaseshortcircuitandproblempositionundertheconditionofsingle-phaseandworksoutequationandseveralparametersU&,sI&andeI&tableonproblem.Itbringsoutoptimizedisolationandresumeplan,realizesautoisolationandnetworkreconstruction,reducesthepoweroffrangeandtimeandimprovesthereliabilityofelectricpowersupplythroughproblemself-diagnosesandself-analysis.Italsointroducessoftwareflowanduseforproblemjudgementandsetsamodelonnetworkreconstructionandcomputerflow.

Thirdly,electricitysystemstateisestimatedtobeoneofthekeytechniquesinDArealization.Thedissertationrecommendstheresolventofbadmeasurementdataandstructuremistakeonthegroundofdescribingstateestimateway.Italsoadvancesapracticaltestandjudgingwayontopologymistakeinstateestimateaboutbaddatatestandabnormityinstateestimateaswellastheproblemandeffectonbaddatafromstatemeasuretostateestimate.Asforrealtimemonitorandcontrolproblem,thedissertationintroducesanewwaytosolvethembyelectricitybreakandexceptionalanalysis,andthewayhasbeentestedinWeifangDA.

Fourthly,aboutthedifficultyforbuildingthemodelofloadforecasting,bigparameterscatterlimitandsomethingconcerned,thedissertationintroducessomeparameters,eg.weatherfactor,datetypeandsocialenvironmenteffectbasedonanalysisofroutineloadforecastingandmeans.Itpresentsthewayforelectricityloadforecastingfoundedonneuralnetwork(ANN),whichhasbeentestedit’svaliditybyexampleandmadetobegoodpracticaleffect.

Fifthly,concerningthelackofconcordantwaveonpreventingconcordantwaveandnon-powercompensationandnon-continuityoncompensation,thereisatopologystructureofPWMmaincircuitandnonpowertheoryonactivefilterthewavestechniqueandbuildsflatproofonthegroundofSaberDesignerandprovestobepractical.Meanwhile,itanalyzesanddesignsthewayofnon-powerneedofelectricnetworktre-ndsanddecreasinglinelosscombinedwithDA,whichhavebeentesteditsobjectiveeconomicbenefitthrou-ghcountingexample.
