研修和说课稿

校本研修答辩大概内容

一.校本研修总述

Theschool-basedresearchandtrainingisbasedonschoolandaimedforthedevelopmentofschool.Atpresent,itisconsideredasthebestwaytoimproveteachers’professionaltheories,skillsandintegrateabilities.

二.我的计划

首先总述校本定义

Myplanconsistsofthefollowing4parts:

theresearchaims,tasks,specificmeasuresandprocedures.

First,researchaims.Thatistofollowthecurriculumreforminclass,andtrytochangemyselffromlearningintostudying.Itisalsotoimprovemyteachingskillandintegrateabilities.

Second,tasks.Well,themaintaskformeistofinishonesubjectresearch.SoIplantodolisteningresearch.IdecidedtoanalyzethelisteningmaterialofthetestpapersofShaanxifrom2011to2015.Iwillsumupthetopicsandstructurescoveredintheitems.AndIwilldosomesurveystocollectthereasonsthatstudentslosemarks.Thefinalaimistofindbetterwaystoimprovestudentslistening.

Third,specificmeasures.Well,Iwillcooperatewithmycolleaguesinlessonpreparation.AndIwilltakepartinallkindsoftrainingtoimprovemyself.What’smore,Iwillkeeponwritingteachingessays,reflectionsandtodeliverteachingpapersandsubjectresearch.

Fourth,procedures.Thereare3steps.Thefirststepstartedfromthebeginningoftheterm,itlastedforawholemonth.Ihavefinishedvisiting20classesinandoutofschoolandgave2openclassesaswellaswritingteachingplansandself-reflections.

Thesecondstepstartedfromthesecondmonthanditlastedforamonthtoo.Ihavefinishedreading2books,whicharetheJuniorMiddleschoolCurriculumStandard&Theoriesandpracticeoflessondesigning.ImadesomenoteswhileIwasreading.

Thethirdstepstartedfromthethirdmonthanditendedattheendoftheterm.Ifinishedtheremainingtasks.

Inaword,Ikeepinmymind“moveforwardoryouwillfallbehind”.

三.我的成果

Whatachievementshaveyoumade?

Duringthewholeprocedureofdoingresearchandtraining,IkeptonputtingthetheoriesandskillsthatIhavelearntintopracticalteaching.Ihavegotsomeachievements.I’dliketosumupfrom4parts----teachingmorality,teachingskillsandability,achievementsinteachingandresearch,resourceexploitationandutilization.

First,teachingmorality.Ihavesetupanewconceptofstudents.Thatistoputstudents’developmentinthefirstplace.

Second,teachingskillsandability.Ihaveread2booksonteaching----JuniorMiddleschoolCurriculumStandards&Theoriesandpracticeoflessondesigning.Ihavemadesomenotes.Theyinspiredmealot.I keptonputtingthetheoriesintopracticalteaching.

Third,achievementsinteachingandresearch.Iinsistedonwritingteachingessays.IhavedeliveredonepaperinStudyjournalofmoderneducationandteaching(题目—浅论初中英语中的创新教法—InnovativemethodsinjuniorEnglishteaching.分3块—-教学激趣法,创设情境,活动育智法)。

AndIhavecompletedonesubjectresearchonlisteningofthecountylevel.

MeanwhileIparticipatedinallkindsofprofessionaltraining,suchashigh-efficiencyclasstrainingwhichwasheldintheUIBE—UniversityofinternationalbusinessandeconomyinBeijinglastsummer.

Fourth,withthehelpofmycolleagues,Ihavefinishedoneexercisebookongrammar.

Inaword,Ibenefitedalotfromsuchkindoftraining.IthelpsmetosolvemyproblemsinteachingandfindingthepointsthatImiss.Iwillcontinuetodoitinthefollowingdays.

四.感悟whydoyouchoosetobeateacher?

Well,choosingtobeateacher,thereare2reasonsasforme.

First,Ilovethislanguage.Ienjoythebeautyofthislanguage.ItfeelsgreatwhenIreadtheliteraryworks,thoughIcan’tcompletelyunderstandwhattheyaretalkingabout.Thelanguageisofgreatpower,itcanbecrazyaswellassoft.AndIwanttohelpmystudentstogetthesenseofthislanguage.Andhelpthemfindthepleasureoflearningandthebeautyofthislanguage.

Second,Ienjoythefeelingofbeingwithstudents.Teenagers,theyarefullofnewthoughts.Theyareenergeticandnaive.Itfeelsgreatwiththemwhenyouarefullofnewpowereveryday.SoIhopetosharethesenseofsuccesswiththem.

Inaword,Ihaveabran-newunderstandingofteachingnow.itisnotonlyajobtomakeendsmeet.Itisnotaboutteachingknowledgeonly.Itisaboutshareandenjoy.IhopemystudentsandIwecanmoveforwardtogether.

五.校本研修的内容

Therearethreeparts.

First,teachingresearch.Thatistolearnbasicknowledge,teachingskills,writeteachingdesignes,etc.

Second,subjectresearch.Thatistowriteanddeliverteachingpapers,doprojectresearch.

Third,training.Well,therearemanyfactorsintraining.Forexample,learningteachingtheories,policiesoneducation;preparinglessonungroups;visitingclassesandgivingopenclasses;attendinglecturesgivenbyexperts.

六、校本研修的主要方式—教学反思,同伴互助和专业引领

First,教学反思,教师与自我的对话。

Therearemanythingsforteachertodobythemselves,whichincludesthefollowing:

toteachandreflect,prepareandpredicttheresultsthatyourstudentsandyouaregoingtoget,thencommentontheteachingresultsabouthowstudentsbehave,howmuchtheyhavelearnt,andfindbetterwaystoimprove.

Second,同伴互助,教师与同行的对话。

Fortheconversationamongteachers,well,whichmainlyreferstothediscussionsmadebythecolleaguesandteachersofthesamesubject.Therearemanytheycando,suchashelpingeachotherindoingsubjectresearch,learningfromeachother,beingateamtofinishatask.

Theoriesandpractice.Thatmeanstoteachingtheories,makenotesoftheusefulonesandputthemintopracticalteachingtoseewhethertheyaresuitableornot.
