Normalforhermeantdancing,soHilldiditinherwheelchairalongsidehernondisabledhighschooldanceteam.Halfofherbodywastakenawayfromher,soshehadtomoveitwithherhands.Ittookmuchlearningandpatience.

Aftergraduationfromhighschool,Hillwantedtoexpandherdancenetworktoincludewomenlikeher.Shemetpeopleonlinewhowerefightingforthedreamofdancingagainstvariousspinal（脊椎的）injuries,andinvitedthemtodancewithher.Toreachmorepeopleinalargercity,HillmovedtoLosAngelesin2014andformedateamofdancerswithdisabilitiesshecalledtheRollettes.
