《论商务礼仪对商务沟通的重要影响》

摘要

商务礼仪是人们在商务活动中长期形成的一种行为准则。

商务礼仪包括仪表礼仪、也就是说在商务场合的穿着打扮；也包括办公室礼仪、电话礼仪和就餐中需要注意的问题等等。

商务人员的礼仪修养水平可以直接反映出他的现代文化素质程度,并且通过他折射出商务人员所在的商务组织的形象。

在市场经济条件下,企业在生产经营活动，产品销售，洽谈生意和其他各种商务活动中，有“礼”走遍天下，无“礼”寸步难行，这是不可否认的事实。

本研究对中西方商务沟通活动的特点进行了分析。

从文化因素层面探究，商务礼仪的行为差异主要体现在时间观念、空间观念、价值观念及语言习惯等方面。

如果能以诚相待，尊重对方，礼仪有加，沟通融洽，商务交易就能取得成功。

所以，在商务沟通过程中始终要注重交往礼仪，从而更好的发挥其积极中作用。

Abstract

Businessetiquetteisabusinessconductthatformedinalongbusinessactivity.Thebasicsofbusinessetiquetteincludeknowingthepropermannersofappearance,itmeanswhattowearandnottowear,andbusinessetiquetteincludesofficeequipmentetiquette,sometelephoneetiquette,anddinningetiquetteandsoon.Theetiquettelevelofbusinesspeopleisadirectreflectionofthequalityofhislevelinmoderncivilization,anditcanreflecttheimageofbusinessorganizationformbusinesspeople.Inamarketeconomyconditions,thereisanundeniablefactthatifyouhave"etiquette"youcantraveltheworld，butifnot,youunabletomoveduringthefollowingbusinessactivities,suchastheproductionandbusinessactivities,productsales,businessnegotiations,andsoon.Thestudycomparedwithdifferentinternationalbusinesscommunicationcharacteristics.Accordingtotheresearch,wefondthatdifferencesofbusinessetiquettebehavioraremainlyembodiedoncultureperspective.Suchastheconceptoftime,spaceofconcept,valueofconcept,languagehabitsandsoon.Ifonerespecteachother,etiquette,communicateharmonious,businesscanbesucceed.Therefore,businesscommunicationshouldpayattentiontocommunicationetiquette.Inaddition,withtheconclusionofthestudy,itpointsoutthesignificanceofeducation.Businessetiquette’trainingandeducationisnecessary,soit’sbettertoplayitsactiverole.
