序言

商务英语作为一门具有专门用途的英语,它要求选词恰当、精确,具有用语礼貌、表意清晰。

因此商务英语翻译必须具有一定的翻译技巧。

 作为一种商务型用语必须要求其准确度以及清晰度才能在商务活动中让商务双方代表沟通顺利进行,不影响双方的贸易程序。

由于两种语言的不同,可能会使其原有的音美、形美和意美丢落,然而在翻译中如果以最佳关联和最大趋同原则为准绳,把握翻译中的参数调变,运用翻译的制衡机制和代偿体系,可以把原文信息的丢落降到最低限度,让交易双方正常进行,真正做到商务英语在商务交流中的实用效果。

在国际化的社会,商务英语作为一种普遍的交流语言,就是要求对语言的发音和理解便得精益求精,只有商务英语交流明白,才能在国际上站稳脚步,涉及到的商务合同才能真正成为发展的桥梁。

目前英语已经成为事实上的国际通用语言。

很多国家和地区都将英语指定为官方交流语言。

在世界性国际会议、论坛和学术研讨会,在国际商务谈判和国际商贸合同文本。

随着国际商务的空前繁荣,商务英语在国际交流中起着越来越重要的作用,各种涉外合同协议、公函、书信、通知、电报、演讲等日益增多;同时,由于商务英语自身的特点及对翻译者的高要求,使得商务人员必须真正领悟商务英语的真正含义,真正实现商务英语在商务交流中的实用效果。
