Abstract.Consideringoftheresourceconstraint,abandwidthallocationstrategywithmultiratesamplingmethodisproposedtoachievethecontrolandschedulingco-designofnetworkedcontrolsystem(NCS).Theproposedbandwidthallocationstrategyintegratesstaticschedulingmethodwithdynamicschedulingmethodandthefinalbandwidthofeachclosedloopisdeterminedbythreesteps.First,thebasicsamplingperiodisselectedbasedonthemaximumavailablebandwidthofnetwork.Then,theinitialbandwidthallocationmethodisgivenonthebasisofthesamplingperiodwhichisdeterminedbythedifferentcharacteristicsofeachclosedloop,andthecentralbandwidthcanbeobtainedinthisstep.Atlast,thefinalbandwidthcanalsobeadjusteddynamicallyonthebasisofthestatechangeofeachplant.Inordertoverifythevalidityofthisbandwidthallocationstrategy,thestabilityofcontrolsystemandthebandwidthutilizationofnetworksystemareshownthroughsimulationexperiments.
