1.Plasticcontainerandutensilsarepervasiveinthecityandthecountryalike.Theseplasticshoppingbags,chopsticks,to-goboxesandmineralwaterbottles,tonamebutafew,whennotproperlydisposedof,engenderacolossalamountofnon-biodegradablerefuse.Itismanifestthatwehaveembarkedupona“throw-away”erawhenplastictrashisdumpedindiscriminatelyandirresponsibly.Frommyownperspective,thecausesofthisphenomenonaremanifold.Tobeginwith,atpresentthemajorityofindividualswhoshoporeatoutregularlyarestillpoorly-informed,uninformedormisinformedaboutthebanefulinfluencethatnon-biodegradablepollutantsexertontheecosystem,whichisthechiefculpritintheglobal-scalemishandlingoftheplasticwaste.Theprimarycomponentofsuchtrashcannotdecomposeovertheprocessofthenexthundredsofyearsifnomajorscientificbreakthroughcomesalonginrefusetreatment.Further,theproliferationofplasticshoppingbagsandeatingutensilsislargelyengenderedbythesurgingconsumerism.Plasticcontainersandutensilsarelighterinweight,cheaperinpriceandwater-resistantinperformance,whi9chmakesthempreferableincustomers’eyes.Lastly,plasticbagsandcontainersarealsocost-effectivesincetheyarecheapertomanufacture,shipandstore.Theseconsiderationsalsohavepromptedthegoodoldclothorpaperbagstobesupplantedbyplasticbagsandenvironmentalafflictionsensure.

2.Thecomfortableandconvenientlifeaccompaniedbythefantasticgrowthofscienceandtechnologycanaccountforoverwhelmingrubbish.Asweknow,thepride-takingsymbolof21stcenturyistheunbelievabletechnology,whichprovidesamultitudeofone-offproductsenjoyedavariciouslybyindolentpeople,suchaschopsticks,shoppingbags,andpurifiedwaterbottles,someofwhicharenon-biodegradableforages.Accordingly,wasteshavebeenproducedandaccumulatedatanamazingrate.Furthermore,theawarenessofenvironmentprotectionisalarminglyscarce.Weareassistedtoentertainmentoflifebutoftenrefertoenvironmentasothers.Inourperspective,pollutioncombatingandnatureconservingatefarfromouressentialjobs,andgovernmentshouldtakealltheresponsibility.Sowecandroplitterwithoutevenagrainofshame.
