HORAPRDSvalvescanbeinstalledinanyorientation.Therecommendedpositioniswithaverticalstemandatopmountedactuatorforeasymaintenance.HORAadvisesagainsttheuprightdownpositionwithaverticalstemandtheactuatormounteddownwards.Ahorizontalstemispossibleforareliablefunctionofthevalve.ThisinstallationissubjecttoconsultationwithHORAbecauseincaseoflargevalveswithheavyactuatorsflexiblesupportorhangertobeartheweightoftheactuatorsmightbenecessary.

通常来说我们的旁路阀门可以安装在任意方向.最经济最简单及推荐的安装是阀杆向上,执行器安装在顶部.霍拉不推荐阀杆向下执行器安装在底部.对于重量很重的大阀门来说使用弹性支撑是必要的,必要时向霍拉讨论.

为了能够很好的使用阀门,阀门上下游的布置需要特别注意,同时喷水管线也是需要注意的.管道的布置和使用的空间不得不相互妥协,下述介绍对于更好的使用霍拉的产品极为重要.

上游管道

Itisrequiredtohaveastraightpipingupstream.Inthispipesectionthereshouldnotbeanycomponents;t-shapedjunctionsmustbeavoided.Ifstopvalvesupstreamarenotdesignedproperlythecharacteristicofthecontrolvalveisextremelyinfluencedduetoahighvelocityinthevenacontractorandaununiformdistribution.Auniformflowpatternachievesaminimumofvibrationandnoise.InadditionHORAsuppliesforspecialsolutionsacageintheinletofthevalvebodytoaligntheflowandtoavoidrotationalforcesontheplug.

上游阀门的入口是需要一段直管道的在这个部分是不能有任何部件,特别是T型接头必须避免,如果阀门上游管道关闭设计不合理，阀门调节特性将会极大程度受到支管和不规则管道分支的高速流体影响。

统一的流量形式产生的振动和噪音也会最小。

HORA提供了特殊的解决办法就是在阀体进口处加一个套管，使流量一致，避免回流对阀芯产生作用力。

HORA´sguidevalueforthestraightlengthofupstreampipingis~5timesthenominaldiameterwithaminimumof2-5m.

霍拉推荐的上游直管道长度为5倍的管道内径距离,但最短为2-5米。

IfmultiplecomponentsarelocatedupstreamthePRDSvalvethedistancemustbeincreasedandconfirmedbytheHORA.

如果有多余的设备安置在上游管道,延长直管道距离是必须的,否则需要同霍拉公司确认.

Itisessentialtokeepwateroutofthesystem（seedrains）.Itcausesnoise,mechanicaldamageandcanmakethetemperaturemeasurementimpossible.

安装的基本要求是将（产生的冷凝水）导出系统,否则将导致噪声及机械损害.

HORA´sguidevalueforaslopeagainsttheflowismin.1%.

霍拉推荐安装倾斜角度不小于1%（旁路阀处于高位）

下游管道

Afterinjectionthewaterneedsadistancetoevaporate.Ithastobeavoidedthatthedropletshitthepipewallcausingerosionandinextremesituationsformationofwaterpaddles.Bendswillseparatethewaterfromthesteambecauseofthedifferentdensity.

减压后的蒸气进入喷水减温过程,通常来说减温过程（蒸发过程）是需要距离的.并且防止水滴直接滴落在管壁上造成腐蚀，最严重的情况是（发生水击）。

管道弯曲处的水和蒸汽会由于两种介质密度不同而分离。

减温减压阀下游管道应有一个最小长度的直线管道。

根据HORA喷水设计，喷出的水形成最适宜的喷雾状态，但仍需等待一些时间将其全部蒸发掉。
