Asmentionedabove,inthelastyearwehavebeenactiveinsupportingarangeofeducationprojects.Twoofourmanagersarenowoutofthecompanyon1-yearprojects,trainingyoungpeopleforworkintheretailindustryandimprovingthequalityoftheteachingtheyreceive.Inaddition,wehavestartedaprogrammeof3-monthschemeswhichourmanagerialstaffareabletobenefitformwithouthavingtotakealongbreakfromtheirjobs.
