及物动词

2、also,too这两个词都是副词,又都表示“也是”的意思,但在修辞意味和使用场合上有所不同。

它们的区别如下:

(一)一般说来,also用于比较正式(formal)的场合,语气比too庄重;too是惯熟(familiar)的用语,使用范围较广。

(二)also在句中的位置要紧靠动词;too在句中的位置比较灵活,有时插入句中,前后用逗号分开,有时放在句末

(三)too只能用在肯定句中,不可用于否定句内。

在否定句中,只能用either;also则可以用在否定句中

1.keepondoing和keepdoing都是说继续做.但两者存在微妙的区别

keepondoing是指中间有休息停顿的不停地做,比如keeponreading,并不是说一直不停地读书,这期间可以停顿或者已经休息过了等.

而keepdoing是指持续不断的,一直保持这个状态keepreading,一直在看书,没有停过,没有休息,没有做其它事.

至于goonwith和goon,意思没有区别,只不过goonwith后加表示事件的名词.而goon后要加动词ing形式

另外注明一点。

keepondoingsth.和goondoingsth.在表示都已经停下来了,然后再去继续做这件事的时候,是一个意思,两者都可以用.而keepondoingsth.可以表达的意思比后者要更广泛,如上所述.

2,themostpopular表示“最---------”时用最高级。

Thesportsdayisthemostpopulardayinourschool.体育运动会是我们学校学生最受欢迎的。

3.join参加,加入,成为……的一员;takepartin参与,参加某种活动;attend出席,参加,定期去(某处);enterfor加入,开始从事;开始参加。

详解:

join指加入某党派、某组织或某社会团体,以及参军等,还可表示参与某种活动。
