测试检验方法
4-1EXAMINATIONOFPRODUCT
Visualinspectionanddimensionalexaminationincompliancewithapplicablespecificationsanddocumentswereperformed.Thetestsamplesshallbefreefromdefectssuchasdamage,creep,deformation,blisterandburrsthataredetrimentaltothefunctionsandappearancesoftestsamples.
外观检验
目视检查和尺寸的检验依照已实施之规范及文件做其检验内容。
测验样品不应有影响功能性及外观不良等缺陷，如损害、潜变、变形、水泡和毛边等问题。
4-2CONTACTRESISTANCE
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-23.Opencircuitvoltageis20mVmaximumandtestcurrentis100mAmaximumlevelcontactresistancerequirementis40mΩ（resistanceofterminationwiresshallbedeductedfromthereading）forinitialsamples,I.e.,sampleshavenotbeensubjectedtoanyenvironmentaltest,andis80mΩforenvironmentallystressedsamples..
接触阻抗
此测试依据EIA-364-23.来执行检测。
测试电压是20mV最大值并且测验电流是100mA最大值初始样品最大接触阻抗为40mΩ（线材的阻抗值应从所得到的电阻值中扣除）样品经过环境的测试最大接触阻抗为80mΩ。
4-3INSULATIONRESISTANCE
Insulationresistancewasmeasuredbetweenadjacentcontactsafterapplying500VDCfor1minute.ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-21.Minimuminsulationresistancerequirementis100MΩforinitialsamples.
绝缘阻抗
绝缘阻抗为相接连之端子经由500VDC通过一分钟后，所量测之值。
此测试依据EIA-364-21来执行检测。
样品未受任何环境测验，最小绝缘体阻抗需求对于初始样品为100MΩ。
4-4DIELECTRICWITHSTANDINGVOLTAGE
A500VACwasappliedbetweentwoadjacentcontactsofthetestsamplesfor1minute.Whileapplyingthevoltage,theleakagecurrentwasmonitoredandshallbelessthan0.5mA.ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-20.
耐电压
相接连之端子经由一500VAC流电通过一分钟。
在通过电压时,漏电电流应小于0.5mA。
此测试依据EIA-364-20.来执行检测。
4-5TEMPERATURERISING
Contactseries-wired,applytestcurrentofloadedratingcurrenttothecircuit,andmeasurethetemperaturerisingbyprobingonsolderedareaofcontacts.Afterthetemperaturebecomesstabilizeddeductambienttemperaturefromthemeasuredvalue.
温升
连续接触连线，适用对电路测试装载电流，通过在接触的焊接区域量测所提升温度，当温度变的稳定以后，从测量的温度数值中扣除环境温度。
4-6VIBRATION
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-28B.Matedsamplesweresubjectedtovibrationtestperaxis.Testdurationforeachaxiswas2hours（totalof6hours）.Thetestcurrentwas100mAforallcontacts,whichwerewiredinseriesandattachedtoanelectricaldiscontinuitymonitor.Throughoutthetest,electricaldiscontinuityof1microsecondorlongershallnotbeallowed.
振动
此测试依据EIA-364-28来执行检测。
将公母配合的连接器受每轴心的振动测验。
每一个轴心的测验持续时间是2小时（总共6小时）。
针对每一端子通过100mA的检测电流，且每一端子需接一串接电路至一电子不连续性监视器。
经由测试，一微秒或者更长的电不连续性将不被允许。
4-7MECHANICALSHOCK
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-27B.Matedsamplesweresubjectedto6shocksperaxis（totalof18shocks）compliedwithhalf-sinewaveformwhichhada30Gpeaklevelandanormaldurationof11milliseconds.Thetestcurrentwas100mAforallcontacts,whichwerewiredinseriesandattachedtoanelectricaldiscontinuitymonitor.Throughoutthetest,electricaldiscontinuityof1microsecondorlongershallnotbeallowed
机械冲击
依据EIA-364-27来执行检测。
紧配的样品以30g’s、半正旋波、11毫秒以及各轴向经过六次的冲击（总共18次）。
针对每一端子通过100mA的检测电流，且每一端子需接一串接电路至一电子不连续性监视器。
经由测试，一微秒或者更长的电不连续性将不被允许。
4-8TERMINALRETENTIONFORCE
Thecontactretentionforcewasthepeakforcemeasuredwhilethecontactofconnectorwaspulledoutfromtheinsulatorhousingoftheconnectorperpendicularly.Uponcompletionofthetest,thecontactretentionforceshallexceed0.3kgf.
端子保持力
当连接器端子从塑料垂直地被拔出后，端子保持力为量测到的最大值数据。
当测验的完成时,端子保持力量应超过0.3kgf。
4-9MATING&UNMATINGFORCE
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-13.Thematingforce&unmatingforcewasthepeakforcemeasuredwhiletheplugandreceptaclesampleswerematednormally.
插入&拔出力
此测试依据EIA-364-13来执行检测。
插入力为样品公母端在正常地插入后所量测到的最大值。
4-10DURABILITY
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-09.Testsamplesweresubjectedtofullymatingandunmatingforapredeterminednumberofcycles.（Thedurabilitytestfor50cycles.Uponcompletionofthetest）,specifiedelectricaland/ormechanicaltestitem（s）shallbeperformedandresultsshallpassrespectivespecification.
耐插拔
此测试依据EIA-364-09来执行检测。
测验样品在预定的测试次数下，经由完全地插入及拔出（耐插拔次数50次）。
当测验的完成时,规定了电或机械测验项目应被检验，其结果应符合各别的规范。
4-11THERMALSHOCK
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-32B.Matedconnectorsweresubjectedto5thermalshockcycles.Duringeachcycletemperaturewasvariedfrom-55±2℃to+85±2℃foradurationof30minutesateachlimit,andthetransitiontimewas5minutesmaximumbetweenextremetemperatures.
热冲击
此测试依据EIA-364-32来执行检测。
将公母配合的连接器从温度-55±2℃升到85±2℃，升温时间为30分钟内需达到各温度上限值，连续进行5次循环测试。
在每次测试循环结束后到新的测试循环开始，其温度的转换时间最大值为5分钟。
4-12HUMIDITY
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-31A.Matedconnector.
Temperature:
60℃,90%~95%R.H.Duration500hours.Uponcompletionofthetest,thereshallbenophysicaldamagetothesamplesandthesamplesshallpasstherequirementsoffollowingtestitem（s）
热湿性测试
此测试依据EIA-364-31来执行检测。
将公母配合的连接器在温度：
60℃湿度90%~95%湿度500小时，需符合产品客户图规范，外观无缺陷。
4-13HUMIDITY-TEMPERATURECYCLING
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-31A.Subjectspecimenstocontinues10cyclesofhumiditytemperaturecycling,cyclictestfor24hours.Thetemperatureswere-10℃,25℃,and℃.Uponcompletionofthetest,samplesshallpasstherequirementofspecificelectricaltest（s）.
温湿度循环
此测试依据EIA-364-31来执行检测。
将公母配合的连接器进行温湿度循环试验，设定温度为-10~25~65℃（1个循环24小时）连续10次循环。
当测验的完成时，样品应通过电子测试规范需求。
4-14TEMPERATURELIFEHIGH
Matedsampleswereexposedto80±2℃temperaturefor500hours.Uponcompletionofthetest,thereshallbenoevidenceofphysicaldamage,andsamplesshallpasstherequirementofspecificelectricaltest（s）.
高温寿命
将测试样品暴露在80±2℃温度中经过500小时。
当测验的完成时,样品无物理性的损害，且样品应通过电气性能测验规范的需求。
4-15TEMPERATURELIFECOLD
Matedsampleswereexposedto-40±2℃temperaturefor500hours.Uponcompletionofthetest,thereshallbenoevidenceofphysicaldamage,andsamplesshallpasstherequirementofspecificelectricaltest（s）.
耐寒试验
将测试样品暴露在-40±2℃温度中经过500小时。
当测验的完成时,样品无物理性的损害，且样品应通过电气性能测验规范的需求。
4-16SALTSPRAY
ThetestwasperformedinaccordancewithEIA-364-26.Testsampleweresubjectedtoafinemistofsaltsolution.Thesaltsolutionwasmadeof5±1%saltand95%distilledwaterbyweight.Aftertheexposure,thesampleswerewashedordippedinrunningwateroftemperaturelowerthan37.8℃,andthenairdriedat38℃for1hours.
盐水喷雾
此试验依据EIA-364-26来执行检测。
将测验样品置于一适当的盐水溶液薄雾中。
盐水溶液以5±1%的盐和95%的蒸馏水制成。
测验样品暴露在35℃和5±1%浓度盐水环境中，进行48小时的测试，测试后，以低于37.8℃的水清洗样品在放置于38℃的干燥空气中一小时。
4-17H2SGAS
Matedsampleswereexposedto40℃temperatureH2Sgas3ppmdensityintheairfor96hours.Uponcompletionofthetest,thereshallbenoevidenceofphysicaldamage,andsamplesshallpasstherequirementofspecificelectricaltest（s）,thesampleswerewashedordippedinrunningwateroftemperaturelowerthan37.8℃
