Trainingmanagementprocedure
1.Purpose
ThisprocedureismadetoregulatethePMOtrainingmanagement,improvingtheirskillsandcomprehensivequalitiesofallstaffandensurethattrainingontheperformanceofcomplianceandroleinpromotingtheimplementationofthestrategy.
2.Definitions
2.1EGecutecompany’syearlyeducationandtrainingplan.
2.2Accordingtotheneedofprojectconstruction,proposethetrainingneedandorganizedifferenttraininginsite.
2.3Checkthequalificationofthosewhoenterintotheprojectwithcertificateandmanagetheregistrationofpositionqualificationcertificate.
2.4Proposethetrainingneedaccordingtotheneedofprojectconstructionandteambuilding.Organizetheinternaltrainingaccordingtothesiteactualsituation.
2.5Carryoutthequalificationrequirementsforthestaffworkwithcertificatefromeachdepartment.
2.6Theprojectmustorganizethetrainingforthenewlycomestaff.Don’tallowthenewstaffstartstheworkunlesstheyobtainthecertificateofconstructionpermit.
2.7Thepersonofspecialtypeofworkmuststarttheworkwithcertificate.Theprojectwon’tissuetheconstructionpermituntiltheprojecthaveacheckandputonrecords.ForthepersonwhoneedstotakeaneGaminationagaintochangethecertificatefortheduetime,theprojectmustarrangetheeGaminationandtrainingintime.
2.8Theengineeringdepartmentshouldorganizethetrainingforthenewstaff.Thecontentsofthetrainingwillbesafetyandoccupationhealthsystem,regulationeducation,allthemanagementregulationsinsite,theintroductionofprojectandfirefightingguardsystem.
2.9Whenthestaffenterintothesiteingroup(above5persons),theprojectwillarrangetheenteringtrainingforthemandsendtheenteringeducationnoticetothepersonsandtraininglecturer.
2.10Forthepersonwhowilljointheenteringtraining,theprojectwillarrangethemtomakeadailyregistrationandfillthenewlyenteringpersonsystemlearningregistrationtable.
2.11Whenthetrainingisfinished,theadministrationdepartmentwillorganizetheeGaminationtohaveacheck.Safetyeducationwillbethenecessarysubject.Asforothertrainingcontents,organizetheeGaminationaccordingtothedifferentclassificationoftrainees.Thetestpapershouldbeputinfile.
2.12Forthepersonwhoisnotenteringintothesiteingroupandnotreachthenumbertoformtheclass,theadministrativedepartmentwillnoticethecompanyorunittoorganizebythemselves.Thesafetytestingpapershouldbehandedintheprojectandputinthefileinthreedays.
2.13Theprojectwillgivetheconstructionworkpermitforthepersonwhoisqualifiedintrainingandmaketheworkpermitcard.
2.14Accordingtotheprojectconstructionorganizationdesign,drawuptheprojectyearlytechniquetrainingneedplan,filltheyearlydivisiontrainingplansurveytableandorganizethetechnicaltrainingandeGaminationwork.
2.15Accordingtoconstructionactualsituation,theprojectwillarrangethetrainingclasstimelyandpreparethetrainingfacilities.
2.16AfterthetrainingandeGaminationiscompleted,followingtherequirementsofhumanresourcesmanagementprocedureputtheoriginaldocumentsoftrainingandeGaminationresultsinfileandsetupthespecialaccountingmanagement.
2.17Theprojectencouragesthestafftocultivatehimandself-trainingtoobtainthehigherprofessionaltechnicalknowledgethroughself-learning.
2.18Thedoublecertificatesforthespecialtypeofworkpersonmeansthepersonwhodoesthespecialtypeofworkmustobtainthespecialtypeofworkeroperationcertificateandoccupationqualificationcertificateasthenecessaryconditiontostarttheconstructionwork.
2.19Fortheworkerwhoshouldholdthecertificatetostartthework,theprojectwillinformhimtostoptheworkinsiteifhecannotprovidethequalificationcertificatecopyafterhehasalreadyarrivedforsevendays.Theprojectwillbuildtheaccountingmanagementreferencetothefilesofenteringsitepeople’squalificationcertificates.Whenthestafftransferswithinthedepartments,thedepartmentwhichpersonleaveswillhandinthequalificationcertificateswiththetransferringnoticetothedepartmentthepersonenters.
2.20Whentheprojectfinishes,thecopiesofallthepositionqualificationcertificatesfiledbytheprojectwillbefiledastheprojectcompletiondocuments.
3.Duties
3.1Administrationdepartmentleadsotherdepartmentstobuildprojecttrainingsystem,andresponsibleformanagingthetrainingsystem.Administrationdepartmentresponsiblesforleadingotherdepartmentsandprofessionsdrawingupannualtrainingplans.Meanwhile,Administrationdepartmentorganizesthetrainingandtosupervise,inspecttheprocess.TheassessmenttotrainingresultisalsosummittoAdministrationdepartment.
3.2Alldepartments
3.2.1Planningstage
Alldepartmentsareresponsibleforprovidingthequarterlytrainingplanswhichhavebeenmadeaccordingtoconstructionplanandthetechnicalrequirementsforthestafftotheprofessionofhumanresource.
3.2.2Implementationstage
Alldepartmentsareresponsibleforimplementationofthesectortrainingprograms,sortingandimprovingthetrainingmaterials.Theyalsohelptheprofessionofhumanresourcetoconductsupervision,inspection,assessmentandsoon.
4.Thetrainingarrangement
