第一章工程概况

****公司**花苑住宅楼工程位于**市**湖公园西北角,南临**市主干道**路以北;建设规模为建筑高度为98.6米,地上部分30层。

由28层住宅楼和2层商业裙房构成;地下有1层,为地下车库及设备用房。

总建筑面积约20000平方米。

其中地上建筑面积约16000平方米,地下建筑面积约4000平方米。

本次招标范围为施工图纸包含的全部内容(不含电梯设备及安装、空调设备及安装、变压器设备及安装、全部门和窗)。
