Fifth,thesupplierensuresthatthepackagingandregisteredtrademarkoftheproductsmatchtherelevantstateregulation.

2．被保证人无论以何种原因逾期滞留美国，中国对外人才开发咨询公司有权委托美国

合法机构寻找并追回被保证人，保证人承担由此实际发生的合理费用及惩罚性赔偿；

公司人民币十万元整（即扣留保证金）。
