  ①含义和用法上的区别。

  haveto强调客观上需要做某事,即外界条件的需要和形势的逼迫。

ust强调说话人主观上认为必须去做某事。

ust只能有一种形式,而haveto有各种时态形式。

  ③否定意义区别。

ustn’t表示“”。
