与当今“教师”一称最接近的“老师”概念,最早也要追溯至宋元时期。
金代元好问《示侄孙伯安》诗云:
“伯安入小学,颖悟非凡貌,属句有夙性,说字惊老师。
”于是看,宋元时期小学教师被称为“老师”有案可稽。
清代称主考官也为“老师”,而一般学堂里的先生则称为“教师”或“教习”。
可见,“教师”一说是比较晚的事了。
如今体会,“教师”的含义比之“老师”一说,具有资历和学识程度上较低一些的差别。
辛亥革命后,教师与其他官员一样依法令任命,故又称“教师”为“教员”。

宋以后,京师所设小学馆和武学堂中的教师称谓皆称之为“教谕”。
至元明清之县学一律循之不变。
明朝入选翰林院的进士之师称“教习”。
到清末,学堂兴起,各科教师仍沿用“教习”一称。
其实“教谕”在明清时还有学官一意,即主管县一级的教育生员。
而相应府和州掌管教育生员者则谓“教授”和“学正”。
“教授”“学正”和“教谕”的副手一律称“训导”。
于民间,特别是汉代以后,对于在“校”或“学”中传授经学者也称为“经师”。
在一些特定的讲学场合,比如书院、皇室,也称教师为“院长、西席、讲席”等。

要练说,先练胆。
说话胆小是幼儿语言发展的障碍。
不少幼儿当众说话时显得胆怯:
有的结巴重复,面红耳赤;有的声音极低,自讲自听;有的低头不语,扯衣服,扭身子。
总之,说话时外部表现不自然。
我抓住练胆这个关键,面向全体,偏向差生。
一是和幼儿建立和谐的语言交流关系。
每当和幼儿讲话时,我总是笑脸相迎,声音亲切,动作亲昵,消除幼儿畏惧心理,让他能主动的、无拘无束地和我交谈。
二是注重培养幼儿敢于当众说话的习惯。
或在课堂教学中,改变过去老师讲学生听的传统的教学模式,取消了先举手后发言的约束,多采取自由讨论和谈话的形式,给每个幼儿较多的当众说话的机会,培养幼儿爱说话敢说话的兴趣,对一些说话有困难的幼儿,我总是认真地耐心地听,热情地帮助和鼓励他把话说完、说好,增强其说话的勇气和把话说好的信心。
三是要提明确的说话要求,在说话训练中不断提高,我要求每个幼儿在说话时要仪态大方,口齿清楚,声音响亮,学会用眼神。
对说得好的幼儿,即使是某一方面,我都抓住教育,提出表扬,并要其他幼儿模仿。
长期坚持,不断训练,幼儿说话胆量也在不断提高。

Theinvadersareplantsfromothercountriesbroughtheretomakegardensandyardslookpretty.EversincepeoplestartedtoarriveonAmerica'sshores,they'vecarriedalongtrees,flowers,andvegetablesfromotherplaces.
Nowtherearesomanyofthoseplants,theyarecrowdingoutthenativeplantsthathavelivedheresincebeforehumansettlersarrived.
Andthat'saproblem,saysDr.DougTallamy.He'sanentomologist(aninsectexpert)attheUniversityofDelaware.Heexplainsthatalmostalltheplant-eatinginsectsintheUnitedStates—90%ofthem—arespecialized.Thatmeanstheyeatonlycertainplants.
Prettyorangeandblackmonarchbutterflies,forexample,canonlydineononeplant:
milkweed.Ifpeoplecutdownmilkweedandreplaceitwithsomethingelse,thebutterfliesstarve,becausetheirbodiescannotacceptanyotherfood.
Butthetroubledoesn'tstopthere,itgoesrightacrossthefoodweb.Wheninsectscan'tgettherightplantstoeatandtheydieoff,thenthebirdsdon'thaveenoughbugsfortheirmeals.Tallamypointsoutthatalmostallmigratingbirdsdependoninsectstofeedtheiryoung.
"Wecannotlettheplantsandanimalsaroundusdisappear,"saysTallamy."Thewaytopreservethemistogivethemfoodtoeat.Butwhenweplantnon-nativeplants,weareclobberingthefoodweb,becausethenwedon'thavetheinsectsthebirdsneedtolive."
Feweroftherightplantsmeanfewerbugs,andfewerbugsmeanfewerbirds.
Andthat'sbadfortheEarth,becauseweneedavarietyoflivingthingstokeeptheplanethealthyandbeautiful.
Thegoodnewsis,gardenerseverywhereareworkinghardtoprotectnativeplantsandgetridoftheinvaders.Manylocalgardencenterssellnativeplants.
"JustGoogle'nativeplants'andyourlocation,andyoucanfindoutwhichplantsreallybelongwhereyoulive,"saysTallamy.
Plantingtherightthingsmakesarealdifference,andfast.Hedescribesplantingmilkweedinatinycitycourtyardaboutthesizeofalivingroomonespring.Bysummertime,thatmilkweedpatchhadproduced50newmonarchbutterflies!
Tallamyencourageskidstogooutandplantnativeplants."Adoptabirdspeciesintroubleandseeifyoucanplantsomethingsthatwillattracttheinsectstheyneed,"hesuggests."Itwillhappen—insectsmovearoundalot,andtheywillfindtheplantsyouputoutthereforthem!

外来绿色植物的入侵者正在超过美国的人口数量。
不是空间中的侵略者,而是植物。
你可能不认为植物是有危险的,但在这种情况下,他们正在微妙的威胁着大自然的食物网。
这些从其他国家引进的植物侵入者,将花园和庭院装饰的非常漂亮。
自从人们抵达美国海岸时,这些来自其他地方的物种便与树木、花卉和蔬菜一同也进入了美国。

对于整个食物网而言,麻烦并不止如此。
当昆虫无法得到适合的可食植物时便会死去,这样一来鸟类便没有足够的食物。
Tallamy指出,几乎所有的候鸟都要依靠昆虫来喂养自己的幼鸟。
“我们不能让身边的植物和动物消失了,”Tallamy说“能够保护它们的方法就是给它们提供食物。
但是,当我们种植非本地植物时,我们也是在破坏自然界的食物网,因为我们并没有得到鸟类赖以生存的昆虫。
”
越来越少的植物就意味着越来越少的昆虫,相应地,也就意味着鸟类的渐少。
这对地球而言是可怕的,因为我们需要各种各样的生物体来维持健康美丽的地球。
令人欣慰的是,各地的园林者们正在努力的保护本土植物来摆脱侵入种的破坏。
许多当地的花园中心都在出售原生植物。
“在谷歌网上收索‘本土植物和所属地域’,你就可以找出真正属于你居住地的植物了。
”Tallamy说道。
种植正确植物会产生明显的效果,Tallamy介绍说,他在一个起居室大小的庭院里种植milkweed,结果发现这一植物的碎片竟然产生出了50个新生君主蝴蝶!
Tallamy鼓励孩子们走出去,种植本土植物。
“收养一只陷入困境的鸟类,并且观察一下,如果你能种植吸引鸟类所需昆虫的植物时,会发生什么。
”他建议说道。
“这一定会发生,因为昆虫在不停的移动,他们一定会找到你为他们种植的植物!

Thepriceofanarticleboughtinthiswayisalwayshigherthanthepricethatwouldbepaidbycash.Thereisachargeforinterest.Thebuyerpaysaproportion,perhapsone-quarterorone-third,ofthepriceasadownpaymentwhenthegoodsaredeliveredtohim.Hethenmakesregularpayments,weeklyormonthly,untilthefullpriceispaidup.Thelegalownershipofthegoodsremainswiththeselleruntilthefinalpaymenthasbeenmade.
Installmentbuyinghasadvantagesanddisadvantages.Inthepast,itwaseasytofindcoupleswhohadbeensavingforyearsinordertofurnishtheirhomes.Now,theydon’thavetodothat.Installmentbuyingcanhelpcoupleswithsmallincomestofurnishtheirhomesandstarthousekeeping.Itincreasesthedemandforgoods,andinthiswayhelpsbusinessandemployment.

用这种办法购买的物品,其价格要比用现金购买的价格要高,因为要加收利息费用。
购买者在拿到货物之前须支付一定比例的价款,也许是四分之一或者三分之—作为定金,以后按期付款,如按周或按月付款,直到付清全部货款。
货物的所有权归售货商所有,直到付完全部货款为止。
分期付款购物有利有弊。
过去,人们经常看到一对夫妇为了购买家具布置房间,需要储蓄好多年。
现在,他们不用这样做了。
分期付款购物可以帮助收入较低的夫妇购买家具布置房间,维持家计。
