一、数学后进生产生的原因
数学教学中后进生形成的原因是多方面的,有学生思想、意志、品质、态度上的问题;有学校、班级的管理状况、学风,教师的水平、品质和能力方面的问题;还有家庭、社会环境等因素的影响。
但从教师和教学角度加以探析,其主要原因有:
1.教师在教学要求上实行“平均主义”、“一刀切”。
在课堂教学中,教师面对的是几十个智能、知识基础和性格各异的学生。
按理教师应因材施教,但平时的教学中没从学生的实际出发,在教学要求上发出同一个指令,致使一部分学生“吃不饱”,另一部分学生“吃不了”。
这种一刀切的做法必然导致后进生的出现。
2.教学进度过快。
压缩新课之授课的时间,过早地结束新课,以便“深化”复习。
这样必然会导致学生对所学知识囫囵吞枣。
实际上教学进度安排过快,对学生整体水平的稳步提高不利,必将使学生超前分化。
3.教学采用“填鸭式”的方法。
学生在学习数学知识、思考问题中的缺陷不易被教师发现。
同时,也易使学生满足于一知半解,对知识难以融会贯通。
这种教学方法严重违背教学规律和教学原则,致使一些在知识理解、规律运用上存在偏差的学生,因得不到教师的及时指点,逐渐分化成了后进生。
4.作业过多。
大量的作业使得一些学生完成作业效果差。
久而久之,他们对数学学习产生畏难、苦恼和厌倦的心理,丧失学习数学的兴趣和进取心,并可能逐渐沦为学习上和纪律上的双项后进生。
二、后进生的心理矫正
(一)动之以情,发挥学习主动性
1、施之爱心,沟通感情。
平时,我和他们多接触、多拉家长、多聊天,既使他们感到老师在关心自己,真心帮助自己,又建立了互信,缩短了心理距离。
2、诚恳鼓励,增强信心。
后进生的自卑感很强,他们怕上黑板,怕老师提问,怕出洋相,他们的失败经历太多了,对自己失去信心。
我就挖掘他们的闪光点,让他们获得成功,增强学习的信心。
(二)晓之以理,明确学习目的性
1、关心社会,明确责任。
2、抓住契机,转移兴趣。
正确的“兴趣是最好的老师。
”但不良的“某种特殊爱好,迷恋某种活动”也是产生后进生的原因之一。
针对这种情况,我们要找准问题,抓住契机,进行引导。
(三)导之以行,激发学习积极性
