AutomaticWarehouse
Highoverheadforshortshelfstoragewarehouse.Generallyreferstotheuseoflayers,adozenorevenseveral-storeylayershelfstorageunitgoods,materialhandlingequipmentwiththecorrespondinggoodsinboundandoutboundwarehouseoperations.Assuchstoragecanmakefulluseofspaceforstorage,Guchangimagetobeknownasthe"Warehouse."
WarehouseproductionanddevelopmentistheresultofproductionandtechnologicaldevelopmentafterWorldWarII.Theearly50s,theUnitedStatesemergedwithoverheadstackingcranewarehouse;thelate50sandearly60sappearsthetunnel-typestackingcranewarehouseofthedriveroperating;in1963computercontrolledistooktheleadintheoverheadstorageintheUnitedStates,builtingthefirstcomputer-controlledwarehouse.Sincethen,theautomatedwarehouseintheUnitedStatesandEuropehavedevelopedrapidlyandformedaspecialsubject.Mid-60s,Japanbegantheconstructionofwarehouse,andthespeedofdevelopmentbecamefasterandfaster,becomingoneofthecountrieswhichhavetheworld'smostautomatedwarehouse.
Ourwarehouseandmaterialhandlingequipmentonthedevelopmentdidnotstartlate.Chinadevelopedthefirstoverheadstackingcranein1963(MinistryofMachineryBeijingMaterialsHandlingResearchInstitute),,andstartedtodevelopChina'sfirstcomputer-controlledTheAutomaticWarehousein1973(15mhigh,liftingtheMinistryresponsibleformachines),thelibrarywasputintooperationin1980.Sofar,thenumberofautomatedwarehouseinChinahasmorethan200.Duetothehigh-risewarehousespaceutilization,astrongabilitytoenterthelibrary,usingcomputercontrolandmanagementandhelpenterprisestoimplementmodernmanagementandsoon,warehousehasbecomeanindispensablelogisticsandproductionmanagementofstoragetechnology,enterprisestookmoreandmoreattentiontoit.
TheapplicationsofAutomatedoverheadwarehouseisusedinawiderange,virtuallyeverybusinesssector.InChina,theapplicationofautomatedoverheadwarehouseindustryismainlyinmechanical,metallurgical,chemical,aerospace,electronics,pharmaceutical,foodprocessing,tobacco,printing,distributioncenters,airports,portsandsoon.

themainstereolibraryperipherals,responsiblefordeliveryofgoodstoorfromthestackercrane.Conveyortypesaremorecommonwithrollerconveyors,chainconveyors,liftingplatform,distributiontrucks,elevators,beltmachineandsoon.
AGVsystem:
theAGV.Accordingtotheguidance-orientedapproachisdividedintoinductionandlaserguidedtrolleycar.
Automaticcontrolsystem:
Driveautomatedlibrarysystem,automaticcontrolsystemequipment.CurrentlyusedforthecontrolmodelFieldbus-basedapproach.
StockInformationManagementSystem:
Alsoknownasacentralcomputermanagementsystem.Isafullyautomatedthree-dimensionaldatabasesystemcore.Thetypicalautomatedlibrarysystemsareusinglarge-scaledatabasesystems(suchasORACLE,SYBASE,etc.)tobuildatypicalclient/serversystemwithothersystems(egERPsystems)networkingorintegration.
TheadvantagesofAutomaticWarehouse
AutomaticWarehousehasmanyadvantagesforenterprises,Itcanbereflectedinthefollowingareas:
